Abstrakt
Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on arvutada jahutusmahutite soojusbilanss ja leida võimalus
energia efektiivsemaks kasutamiseks või kokkuhoiuks.
Töös on jahutusprotsess jagatud osadeks ja arvutused on tehtud soojusläbikande valemitega.
Samuti on arvutatud erinevad soojusläbikanded nii isoleeritud kui ka isoleerimata mahuti korral.
Arvutuste tulemus näitas selgelt seda, et energia efektiivsemaks kasutamiseks tuleks
jahutusmahutid isoleerida. Otsene mahutite isoleerimisest saadav energia kokkuhoid oleks aastas
35 664 kW.
The goal of the present bachelor’s thesis is to calculate a heat balance of cooling vessels and to achieve a solution to use energy more efficiently and economize it. In this paper the cooling process is divided into sections and the calculations have been made using heat transfer formulas. A heat loss difference of vessels with and without insulation has been calculated for all occasions. The achieved results do clearly demonstrate that for higher energy efficiency the cooling vessels should be insulated. Direct energy economy from the insulation of vessels would be about 35 664 kW per year.
