Abstrakt
Magistritöö eesmärgiks oli uurida ja hinnata puitkarkasselementidega soojustatud
kortermajade ehitusfüüsikalisi tunnuseid – sooja- õhu- ja mürapidavust. Uuritavateks
objektideks olid kaks kortermaja aadressidega Ladva 1 ja Ladva 3, Tartu.
Lõputöö käigus termografeeriti mõlemad hooned nii seest kui väljast. Termografeerimise
tulemusi võrreldi temperatuurivälja tarkvara THERM tulemustega, kus modelleeriti nende
kortermajade sokli-ja vahelaesõlmed. Lisaks teostati kortermajas Ladva 1
müramõõtmised. Piirete õhupidavuse määramiseks sooritati ala-ja ülerõhutestid, mis
teostati mõlema maja kahes korteris.
Termografeerimise tulemused näitasid, et hoonetes ei ole hallituse ega kondensaadi
tekkimise ohtu. Temperatuuriväljade modelleerimiste ja termografeerimiste tulemuste
võrdlus näitas, et seinapaneelide paigaldus on teostatud korrektselt ning külmasildasid ei
esinenud. Ladva 1 korterite nr 13 ja nr 17 vaheliseks õhumüra isolatsiooniindeksiks saadi
mõõtmisel 57 dB, mis oli suurem kehtestatud normi minimaalsest väärtusest. Löögimüra
isolatsiooniindeks samade korterite vahel oli 49 dB, mis on samuti normide piires.
Rõhutestide katsetulemused näitasid, et hoone piirdetarindid olid õhupidavad ja olulisi
lekkeid ei esinenud seinapaneelide omavahelistes ega ka elementide ja kivi- või
betoonpinna ühenduskohtades.
The aim of Master´s theses is to evaluate building physics parameters such as heat resistance, noise and air tightness on pre-fabricated timber elements using them to insulate multistory buildings. The research objects was two 2-stories buildings in Tartu- Ladva 3 and Ladva 1. First both buildings were internally and externally thermographed. The results of thermography were compared with the results of THERM software, where were modelled socket and ceiling details. Ladva 1 in apartment 13 were tested sound measurements. To evaluate air thighness, in Ladva 1 and Ladva 3 were taken positive and negative pressure test. Test was carried out in two apartments of both buildings. Results of thermography showed that in both buildings there were no risk of mold growth and condensation. Comparing THERM software and thermography pictures the results showed that wall panels were installed correctly and there were no big thermal bridges. The sound measurements results in Ladva 1 between apartments 13 and 17 was 57 dB, which was higher than the minimum value of standard. In same apartments the sound impact measurement results was 49 dB, which also was on limits. The BlowerDoor test revealed that the buildings wall panels were airtight and no significant leaking was observed between the elements and the concrete connection details.
