Abstrakt
Planeedi jätkusuutlikuks säilimiseks oleks vaja energiatööstuses kasutatavad fossiilsed
kütused asendada loodussõbralike taastuvenergiaallikatega. Üheks selliseks allikaks on
hakkpuit, mille tootmisesse on võimalik kaasata erametsaomanikud. Antud
bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on leida lahendusi, motiveerimaks erametsaomanike huvi
hakkpuidu tootmise suurendamiseks.
Eesmärgi täitmiseks koostati erametsaomanikele küsimustik seoses valgustusraie ja
hakkpuidu tootmisega
Küsitlusest selgus, et vastavate toetuste olemasolul oli enamus erametsaomanikest valmis
valgustusraiet teostama. Kõige rohkem peeti vajalikuks hakkpuidu toormaterjali
langetamise toetamist, seejärel hakketoetust ning majanduslikku abi materjali langiserva
koondamiseks.
Kasutades põhjanaabrite praktikat hakkpuidu tootmisel ja selle teostamise motiveerimisel,
selgus, et riigi piisava huvi korral (kasutades soojus- ja elektrienergia tootmisel kõige
agressiivsemat stsenaariumit), ei rahuldaks hetkel metsast saadava biomassi maht selle
stsenaariumi vajadusi. Seega olekski biomassi mahtude suurendamise üheks efektiivseks
võimaluseks valgustusraiest hakkpuidu tootmine.
To ensure sustainability of planet Earth there must be a change in energy sector. One possible way is to use more eco-friendly renewable energy sources instead of fossil fuels. Woodchips could be one possible eco-friendly way to involve private forest owners into the energy sector. Aim of this bachelor thesis is to find solutions for motivate the private forest owners interest in increasing the production of wood chips. A questionnaire was made for analyzing private forest owner interest in pre-commercial logging and woodchip production. The survey revealed that, the majority of private forest owners willing to carry out precommercial thinning in case of subsidy. Most respondents pointed out, that it’s needed to subsidize the felling, in addition to felling, some said chipping and forwarding subsidy was needed. Based on the practice of Finland wood chipping and subsidies, turned out country sufficient interest in the case (using heat and electricity generation is the most aggressive scenario), do not meet the moment forest biomass volume, this scenario needs. Thus increasing volumes of biomass, pre-commercial thinning could be one effective way to satisfy the need of biomass.
