Abstrakt
Ettevõttel AS VMT Tehased ilmnes vajadus universaalse suurkonstruktsioonide
koostamislaua järele, kuna olemasolevatel koostamislaudadel (edaspidi selles töös
nimetatud ka töölaud) puudub piisav reguleeritavus ja ligipääs töödetailidele.
Lõputöö eesmärk oli arendada ettevõttele universaalne suurkonstruktsioonide
koostamislaud ning pakkuda välja töökohtade standardiseerimise vajadust. Töö käigus
analüüsiti ettevõtte keevitusosakondade töökorraldust ja olemasolevaid koostamislaudu
ning võrreldi neid turul pakutavate lahendustega. Analüüsi põhjal projekteeriti
arendustööna universaalne koostamislaud ja keevituspukk, lähtudes ettevõtte vajadusest.
Töö tulemusena valmis universaalne koostamislaud, mis võimaldab detailide kindlat
fikseerimist, reguleeritavust ja ligipääsu töödetailidele. Võrreldes ettevõttes kasutusel
olevaid lahendusi, loob uus koostamislaud eeldused töökohtade standardiseerimiseks.
Välja töötatud koostamislaua lahendus oleks vajalik edaspidi rakendada tootmisesse, et
hinnata mõju tootlikkusele ja töötingimuste paranemist.
The company AS VMT Tehased had a need for a universal assembly table for large structures, as the existing assembly tables (hereinafter referred to as worktables in this work) lacked sufficient adjustability and access to work pieces. The aim of the thesis was to develop a universal assembly table for large structures for the company and to propose the need for standardization of workplaces. During the work, the work organization of the company’s welding departments and existing assembly tables were analyzed and compared with solutions offered on the market. Based on the analysis, a universal assembly table and welding stand were designed as development work, based on the company’s needs. The work resulted in a universal assembly table that allows for secure fixation of parts, adjustability and access to work pieces. Comparing the solutions used in the company, the new assembly table creates prerequisites for standardization of workplaces. The developed assembly table solution would need to be implemented in production in the future to assess the impact on productivity and improvement of working conditions.
