Abstrakt
Varasemalt oli katlalaboris katla töö jälgimiseks olemasolevatelt seadmetelt koguda
andmeid ainult ise füüsiliselt näitusid kirja pannes. Tänapäeval on automatiseerimisele
pandud suur rõhk, sest see teeb inimeste elu mugavamaks ja antud kontekstis annab ka
võimaluse uurida katla tööd paremini. Käesoleva töö eesmärgiks on katlalabori katla
soojusarvesti andmetekogumise süsteemi väljatöötamine. Töös koostati ühe trükiplaadi
arvutile juurde paigaldava lisaplaadi M-bus Master Hat-ile kaks erinevat programmi. Üks
on loodud koguma andmeid vastavalt valitud perioodi vältel ja teine programm on loodud
reaalajas katla töö kohta joondiagrammi joonestama. Programmide kirjutamiseks kasutati
python-i programmeerimiskeelt. Käesolev töö sisaldab ka juhendit nende programmide
ülesseadmisele.
Previously the only way to collect data from boiler laboratory testbench equipment, was to physically write up data. Today, the automation of different systems has become of great importance, automation makes our lives more comfortable and in the context of this thesis it also helps to collect data about the boiler. The goal of this thesis was to develop a program to perform as a datalogger for the heat meter of boiler laboratory. The author developed two different programs for an add-on board for Raspberry PI called M-Bus Master Hat, from which one is used as a datalogger of the readings of a heat meter connected to the boiler, and the other program draws a live graph of the readings. The programs were written in python programming language. This thesis acts also contains an instruction to set up those programs.
