| dc.description.abstract | Metsa- ja puidutööstus on Eesti peamisi väärtusi majandussektoris. Valdkond hõlmab sealjuures isikuid nii erametsades, kui ka riigimetsades. Eestis on umbes 100 000 erametsaomaniku ja 10% neist on erinevate metsaühistute liikmed seega on mitteliitunud erametsaomanike hulk endiselt väga suur. Töö eesmärk on välja selgitada Vooremaa metsaühistu liikmete ja personalivahelise koostöö ja usalduse olemust. Andmete kogumiseks viidi läbi internetipõhine ankeetküsitlus. Vastata said kõik ühistu liikmed, kelle e-posti aadressid olid ühistul registris olemas. Küsimused jagunesid peamiselt kaheks valdkonnaks. Esimeses pooles olid küsimused seotud metsamaa väärtustega ning teises pooles seisukohad ühistu suhtes. Analüüsi käigus selgus, et metsaühistu liikmed on enda valitud ühistuga rahul. Neid kuulatakse ja nõustatakse professionaalselt ning töödega, mis on planeeritud läbi metsaühistu, võib rahule jääda. Liikmete seas on tunda ühtekuuluvustunnet ühistu juhatusega. | est |
| dc.description.abstract | Forestry is one of the main values for the economic sector of Estonia, where in that field are members indulged in private forests and also national forests. In Estonia there is 100 000 forest owners and 10% of them are members of a forest owners association. Yet there are still forest owners, who have not joined the Private Forest Center. The aim of this study is to find out about the nature of cooperation and trust between members and staff in the Vooremaa forest association. The data gathering was conducted with a questionnaire survey over the internet. All members of the association had a possibility to answer, who received the E-mail. The questions split mainly into two categories. In the first half there were questions related to the values of forest land and in the second half the attitudes towards the association. The analysis revealed that the members of the forest association are satisfied with their selected association. Their voices are heard and they are counseled professionally, as well as the works, that the forest association has planned through, can be satisfied with. There is a sense of cohesion between the members and the management of the association. | eng |
