Abstrakt
Käesoleva bakalauereusetöö teema valiti lähtudes AS Scanola Baltic rapsiõli tehase
vajadusest. Eesmärk on arvutada ladudes soojusbilanss ja leida uus lahendus lao
kütmiseks. Esmalt antakse väike ülevaade ettevõttest ja hetke tingimustest laos.
Soojuskadude leidmise järel tehakse valik uuele küttesüsteemile. Teostatakse olulised
arvutused torustiku valikuks. Süsteemi automaatseks toimimiseks valitakse ka andurid ja
termoregulaatorid.
Antud teemast lähtudes on tulevikus vaja leida lahendused temperatuuride automaatseks
salvestamiseks. Lisaks võiks leida uued lahendused ka ventilatsiooni süsteemile.
The subject of this Bachelor's thesis was selected on the needs of the Scanola Baltic rapeseed oil plant. The goal is to calculate heat balances in warehouses and find a new solution for heating the warehouse. At first, a brief overview of the company and the current conditions in the warehouse are given. After the heat loss is found, a choice for the new heating system is made. Significant calculations are made to select the pipeline. Sensors and thermostats are also selected for the automatic operation of the system. On the basis of this subject, it will be necessary in the future to find solutions for automatic temperature recording. In addition, new solutions could be found for the ventilation system.
