Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks oli välja selgitada biopreparaatide mõju musta
sõstra (Ribes nigrum L.) viljade biokeemilisele koostisele. 2017. aastal viidi läbi lehe
kaudu väetamise katse musta sõstra sordiga ’Ruben’ Tartumaal, Puhja lähedal Järvakülas
asuvas musta sõstra maheistandikus ja sordiga ’Pamjati Vavilova’ Viljandimaal, Mulgi
vallas Polli külas Polli Aiandusuuringute keskuse katseaias asuvas musta sõstra
maheistandikus. Katses kasutati viit biopreparaati: Raskila, Greentop Taimeramm,
Folicist, Fylloton ja Vinasse. Kontrollvarianti pritsiti puhta veega. Biopreparaatidega tehti
3 pritsimist: 1. juunil, 19. juunil ja 6. juulil. Musta sõstra viljad korjati mõlemal katsealal
nende täisküpsusel, 2.08.2017, kummastki istandikust 6 varianti. Viljad korjati
plastkarpidesse ja paigutati sügavkülmikusse (-18 °C). EMÜ Polli aiandusuuringute
keskuse laboris viidi läbi viljade biokeemilised analüüsid. Biopreparaatide mõju
hindamisel musta sõstra viljade massile ja biokeemilisele koostisele esimesel katseaastal
ei ilmnenud suuri erinevusi. Vinasse suurendas ’Ruben’ sordi viljade askorbiinhappe
sisaldust võrreldes kontrollvariandiga 28 mg võrra. Sellest lähtuvalt püstitatud hüpotees
ei leidnud kinnitust, kuna katsete tulemused ei erinenud kontrollvariandist märgatavalt.
Täpsemate järelduste tegemiseks on vaja võrrelda mitme aasta uuringuid nii võrdluses
kontrollvariandiga kui erinevate biopreparaatide vahel.
The aim of this thesis was to determine the effect of some biopreparations on the biochemical composition of blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) fruits. In 2017. was carried out a field experiments in Estonia, Tartu county, near Puhja, in Järva village at blackcurrant organic farm with cultivar ’Ruben’ and in Viljandi county, in Mulgi municipality, in Polli village in Polli Horticultural Research Centre at blackcurrant organic farm with cultivar ’Pamjati Vavilova’. In the experiment five products were used: Raskila, Greentop Taimeramm, Folicist, Fylloton and Vinasse. The control was sprayed with clean water. There were 3 sprayings done with biopreparations: on 1. June, 19. June and 6. July. Both blackcurrant cultivar fruits were being collected at their maturity on 2.08.2017, 6 samples were collected from both plantation. Fruits were gathered into plastic boxes and taken into freezer (-18°C). Biochemical analysis took place in EMÜ Horticultural Research Centre. The biopreparations did not show much difference in blackcurrants biochemical composition. Vinasse increased cultivar ’Ruben’ ascorbic acid content by 28 mg compared to control variant. On that note the hypothesis was not confirmed as outcome of the experiment did not show much difference between control variants and used biopreparation variants. To make more precise conclusions there needs to be further studies between control variants and used biopreparation variants. Keywords: Ribes nigrum, ascorbic acid, soluble solids and organic
