Abstrakt
3D-printimise tehnoloogia on viimastel aastatel kiiresti arenenud, sealhulgas on loodud
lintprinterid, mis võimaldavad printida liikuvatele konveierlintidele. Eesti Maaülikooli
soetatud Ideaformer IR3V2 lintprinteril ilmnesid puudused, mis takistasid seadme
mugavat kasutamist õppetöös. Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärk on nimetatud printeri
integreerimine laborikeskkonda, töökindluse ja kasutusmugavuse tõstmine ning
tootmisvõimekuse parendamine. Töö käigus korrigeeriti töölaua tasapinda, parendati
pooli kinnitust ja seadistati võrguühendus. Lisaks loodi veebikaamera statiiv ja viidi läbi
testprintimised.
In recent years, 3D printing technology has rapidly evolved, including the development of belt printers that allow printing on moving conveyor belts. However, the Ideaformer IR3V2 belt printer acquired by the Estonian University of Life Sciences exhibited deficiencies that hindered its convenient use in educational applications. The aim of this thesis is the integration of the belt printer into the laboratory environment, to increase its reliability and user-friendliness, and to improve production capacity. During the work, the build surface flatness was corrected, the spool holder was improved, and network connectivity was configured. Additionally, a webcam mount was created, and test prints were carried out. The results of the thesis showed that the belt printer was suitable for producing small batches and dimensionally limited parts and could also be used for larger parts, provided that the print orientation and printing parameters were correctly configured.
