Abstrakt
Kurdlehine kibuvits (Rosa rugosa) on Eestis laialt levinud võõrliik kattes suurt osa Eesti
rannikualadest, saartest, kasvades vanades taluaedades ning olles kasutuses haljastuses. Eriti
kasvatatakse kurdlehist kibuvitsa teede äärtes, kuna see on üks väheseid kultuure, mis talub
libedustõrjesoolasid. Kibuvitsa viljad sisaldavad rikkalikult karotenoide, C-vitamiini ja
antioksüdante ning seetõttu kasutatakse neid farmaatsias ja toiduainetööstuses. Eestis
kasvavate kibuvitsade marjade biokeemilise koostise kohta on vähe andmeid.
Käesoleva magistritöö eesmärgiks on välja selgitada kasvukoha mõju kurdlehise kibuvitsa
viljadele. Selle jaoks analüüsiti kurdlehise kibuvitsa vilju kuues erinevas kohas: Kloogaranna
rannas, Laulasmaa mere ääres, Kloogaranna haljasalal, Klooga metsas, Pärispea mäel ja
Pärispea mere ääres. Kurdlehise kibuvitsa antotsüaanide sisaldus oli oluliselt suurem
Laulasmaa mere ääres, kus kurdlehise kibuvitsa viljad kasvasid üheaastastel võrsetel, kuna
talvine merejää lõhub taimi . Kurdlehise kibuvitsa antioksüdatiivne aktiivsus, DPPH% oli
kõrgeim Kloogaranna rannas, Laulasmaal mere ääres ning Pärispea poolsaarel mere ääres.
Askordiinhappe sisaldus oli kõrge ja oli suurem Pärispeal.
Japanese rose (Rosa rugosa) is a widespread alien species in Estonia, covering a large part of Estonia's coastal areas and islands, growing in old farm gardens and used in landscaping. It is especially cultivated next to roads, because it can tolerate road salts. Rose hips are rich in carotenoids, vitamin C and antioxidants and are therefore used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. There is little data on the biochemical composition of rose hips growing in Estonia The aim of this paper is to find out the effect that habitat has on Japanese rose hips. For this purpose, the Japanese rose hips were analyzed from six different places: Kloogaranna beach, Laulasmaa sea, Kloogaranna green area, Klooga forest, Pärispea hill and Pärispea sea. The content of anthocyanins was significantly higher in the hips from the plants that were growing in the Laulasmaa Sea, where the hips of japanese rose grew on annual shoots, as the winter ice is damaging plants. The antioxidant activity in the rose hips was highest in Kloogaranna beach, in Laulasmaa by the sea and in the Pärispea peninsula by the sea. Ascordic acid content was high in fruits from all the places and highest in Pärispea.
