Abstrakt
Artiklis uuritakse pindega rõnga läbilõikamisel tekkiva pilu muutust sõltuvalt laiusest. Koorikute tehnilise teooria baasil on tuvastatud, et laiad bimetallrõngad deformeeruvad ~30% enam kui kitsad. Tulemuse kontrollimiseks teostati katsed, kus õhukeseseinalisele valgevasktorule sadestati galvaaniliselt nikkelpinne. Toru tükeldati erineva laiusega rõngasteks, millised seejärel lõigati takistatud painde tingimustes piki moodustajat lahti ning mõõdeti tekkinud pilu muut. Saadud mõõtetulemuste kokkulangevus arvutustulemusega oli rahuldav.
In the paper the change of slit depending on the width of ring with coating by slitting is investigated. On the basis of technical theory of shells the wide bimetallic rings deformed about 30 per cent more than narrow ones are established. The experiments are done for control. The nickel was deposited on a thin-wall brass tube. The tube was cut into rings with different widths. The they were slitted along generatrix in the condition of the restrain bending and the change of slit was measured. The accordance of the calculated ones.
