Biostimulandid pakuvad aiandussektorile uusimat väljakutset. Oluline on saagi säilitamine
või isegi selle parandamine ja taimede kasvu soodustamine. Agrokemikaalide kasutamise
vähendamiseks ja muutuva kliimaga kohanemiseks on suurendanud huvi biostimulantide
kasutamise vastu. Looduslikud biostimulandid võivad selles osas mängida olulist rolli,
suurendades jätkusuutlikult tootmist suhteliselt madalate kuludega. Biostimulantide
positiivne mõju taimedele on enamasti tingitud preparaatide taimede kasvu soodustavate
Katses on
kasutatud aed-ploomipuu (Prunus x domestica L.) sorti `Edinburgh`, mis on poogitud
haralisele ploomipuule (Prunus cerasifera Ehrh.).
Biostimulantide mõju mineraalelementide omastamisele: RuterAA suurendas lehtede N
sisaldust; Radifarm, RuterAA ja Humistar suurendasid lehtede K sisaldust; TrianumP ja
Humistar suurendasid lehtede Ca sisaldust. Lehtede P ja Mg sisaldusele mõju ei olnud.
Biostimulants put up the latest challenge for the horticultural sector. It is important to maintain or even improve yields and to encourage plant growth. In order to reduce the usage of agrochemicals and to adapt to a changing climate, the interest in the use of biostimulants has increased. Natural biostimulants can play an important role in this respect by sustainably increasing production at relatively low cost. The positive effects of biostimulants on plants are mostly due to the content of bioactive compounds that promote plant growth, such as phytohormones, amino acids and nutrients. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of watering European plum plantlets with four biostimulants: TrianumP, Radifarm, Humistar and RuterAA. In the experiment, the European plum (Prunus x domestica L.) cultivar `Edinburgh` grafted on the cherry plum (Prunus cerasifera Ehrh.) was used. The experiment`s results revealed that biostimulants Radifarm and RuterAA significantly increased the scion growth. The scion thickness was increased by TrianumP and RuterAA. The RuterAA also significantly increased the leaf SPAD readings and the electrical conductivity of the substrate. The effect of biostimulants on mineral uptake: RuterAA increased leaf N content; Radifarm, RuterAA, and Huminenar increased leaf K content; TrianumP and Humistar increased the Ca content of the leaves. Biostimulants had no effect on leaf P and Mg content.
