Hoonete energiakulud moodustavad arvestatava osa Euroopa Liidu koguenergia
tarbimisest. Suuresti on see tingitud hoonete piirdetarindite kehvast isolatsioonist, sest
Euroopa Komisjoni hinnangul paljud liidu liikmesriikide ehitised enam kui 50 aastat
vanad. Hoonete energiakulude vähendamiseks on kasutusele võetud uued standardid, mille
kohaselt peavad uued ja ka rekonstrueeritavad hooned vastama veelgi kõrgematele
nõuetele kui varem. Kõrgemad standardid loovad aluse uuele probleemile – üldlevinud
soojusisolatsiooni materjalide kasutamine konstruktsioonis avaldub paksema piirdetarindi
kihina. Seega tekib vajadus kõrgtehnoloogiliste soojusisolatsiooni materjalide järele. Töö
eesmärk on tutvustada üht võimalikku materjali, vaakumpaneeli. Lisaks teostatakse
soojuskadude arvutused traditsiooniliste soojusisolatsiooni materjalidega konstrueeritud
hoonele ning vaadeldakse vaakumpaneeli mõju. Arvutustulemusi on kontrollitud
modelleerimistarkvaraga Scilab. Tulemused näitavad, et vaakumpaneelide lisamisel hoone
konstruktsiooni on soojuskadusid võimalik oluliselt vähendada.
The loss of heat in buildings is considerable part of the EU’s total energy consumption. Poor thermal insulation is one of the main reason of that, because according to European Commission a lot of buildings in EU are over 50 years old by now. In order to reduce buildings energy loss, new standards have been introduced, according to which all the new and reconstructed buildings must meet even higher requirements than before. Higher standards provide the basis for a new problem – to meet the standards buildings thermal insulation thickness must be greater due to conventional insulation materials used today. This problem creates a need for high-tech thermal insulation materials. The main objective of the thesis is to introduce one of these materials – vacuum insulation panel. In addition, thermal heat losses of constructions insulated with conventional materials and the vacuum insulation material are calculated. The calculation results are verified with modelling software, Scilab. The achieved results indicate that using vacuum insulation panels in the building construction could reduce heat losses significantly.
