Abstrakt
Ülemaailmse tarbimise kiire kasvu tõttu on sunnitud mitmed tööstusharud sammu
pidama kasvava nõudlusega. Selle tagamiseks peavad olema tööstuste aurukatlamajad
töökindlad ja võimalikult ökonoomsed ööpäevaringseks tööks. Töö eesmärgiks oli
analüüsida aurukatlamajade projekteerimisel tekkivaid vigu ning nende tekkimise
ennetamist ja parandamise võimalusi. Antud töö raames toimus andmete kogumine
tegutsevaid tööstusi külastades ja sealsete hooldustehnikutega suheldes, varasemate
projektidega tutvudes ja nende projekteerijatega konsulteerides ja autori igapäevase töö
raames saadud kogemusi arvesse võttes. Kõik andmed on töös esitatud reaalset
tööstusettevõtet mainimata. Projekteerimisvigu analüüsides sai järeldada, et enim
esines vigu toiduainetööstuste katlamajades. Lisaks selgus veel, et enimlevinud vigade
tüüp oli katla armatuuriga seonduvad vead. Lisaks vigade analüüsile antakse ülevaade
viisidest, kuidas on võimalik projekteerimisviga parandada.
Rapid global developments have forced many industries to keep pace with the growing consumption of goods. To ensure this, industrial steam boiler houses must be built reliably and as economical as can possible be the round-the-clock operation. The aim of the work is to analyze the errors that occur in the design of steam boiler houses and the possibilities of preventing and correcting their occurrence. Within the framework of this work, data was collected while visiting industries and communicating with maintenance technicians, consulting with previous projects and designers, from the author's own experience. All the data that is presented in this work, is done without mentioning the name of the industrial company. The analysis of design errors concluded that the most common errors were in the boiler houses of the food industry, in addition, it was revealed that the most common type of errors were related to the fittings of the installed equipment. In addition to the error analysis, an overview of the ways in which the design error can be corrected is provided.
