Abstrakt
Käesolev bakalaureusetöö kirjeldab maasoojuspumba tööd kümne aasta jooksul ühes Harjumaal
asuva eramu küttesüsteemis. Töö eesmärgiks on avardada maasoojuspumpadest huvitatute
silmaringi ja näidata, kui efektiivselt seadmed töötavad. Töös kasutatud andmed on kogunud eramu
omanik kümne aastase perioodi jooksul alates 2006. aastast. Andmete töötlusel on määratud neli
perioodi aasta vältel ja nende kohta välja arvutatud keskmised soojustegurid ning vormistatud
graafikud. Bakalaureusetöö teeb veel huvitavamaks nüanss, et viimasel kahel aastal on soojuspump
töötanud juba renoveeritud hoones. Töö tulemustest selgub, et soojuspump on paigaldatud õigesti ja
soojustegur on kõrgem, kui soojuspumba tootja seda seadme puhul testide tulemusi aluseks võttes
väitis. Sellest tulenevalt saab järeldada, et esialgsed arvutused eramu soojusvajaduse kohta olid
korrektsed. Käesolev töö on huvitav, sest autorile teadaolevalt ei ole keegi teine avalikult sellist
analüüsi läbi viinud. Töö viimases jaotises väljapakutud lahenduste põhjal oleks võimalik antud
uurimust jätkata veel põhjalikumalt, aga sellisel kujul võiks bakalaureusetööst kasu olla üliõpilasele
või lihtsalt valdkonnast huvitatud inimesele, kes soovib tõestust maasoojuspumba efektiivse
toimimise kohta.
This Bachelor’s thesis describes the performance of ground source heat pump in family house heating system. The aim of this thesis is to inform readers with interest about ground source heat pumps and describe how effective this kind of heating system really is. The data used in this Bachelor’s thesis is collected during last ten years by owner of the single-family house. After editing data the author made charts to describe the performance of heat pump during ten year period, made analysis for Coefficent of Performance (COP) and compared it with ground and outside temperatures, because these are the key factors from which the COP depends of. Interesting nuance in this thesis is that the house owner made full renovation of the house and its heating system. Author calculated and compared two different heat losses and analysed the findings. The result of this thesis was that installed ground source heat pump was even more effective than the producer claimed based on their various testings. It means that the ground source heat pump with its ground collector was correctly calculated before installation. It is known to author that this Bachelor’s thesis is unique because of the lenght of the research and no other person in the university has yet done such kind of research. The author offers some possibilities to get even better COP scores for this particular heat pump system in the end of the thesis. This Bachelor’s thesis should be a good material for people who have serious interests in ground source heat pumps and helps them to make their decisions.
