Abstrakt
Enne elektrienergiaga liitumist on oluline teada peakaitsme suurust amprites ning
erinevatest liitumiskilpide paigaldusviisidest. Kilpide asukoha valikut mõjutab olemasolev
elektrivõrk, millega soovitakse liituda. Oluline on uurida alternatiivseid lahendusi, et
liitumiskilbi paigaldusviisi valik tuleks otstarbekas.
Antud lõputöö eesmärk oli võrrelda madalpinge liitumiskilpide paigaldusviise ning
soovitada majanduslikult otstarbekaid lahendusi. Töö on uuenduslik, sest varasemalt pole
Eesti Maaülikoolis tehnikainstituudis lõputööna erinevaid liitumiskilpide paigaldusviise
ning nende majanduslikku otstarbekust võrreldud. Lõputöö jaoks teostatud tööd on tehtud
Leonhard Weiss Energy AS-i firmas töötades.
Töös toodi välja erinevate liitumiskilpide tüübid, mida paigaldatakse praegusel ajal
Elektrilevi OÜ tellimusel üle Eesti. Võrreldi kilpide nõudeid ja paigaldusviise ning toodi
välja tulemused kilpide kontrollmõõtmistest ja nõuetele vastavusest. Töös kirjeldati
alajaamast tulevaid sisestuskaableid liitumiskilpidesse ning toodi välja nende puudused ja
eelised. Autor analüüsis töö sooritamiseks majanduslikke aspekte ja andis hinnangu kilpide
paigaldusviiside otstarbekusele.
Võrdlustulemused näitasid, et vundamendi kilp ja mastikilp on ehituselt erinevad, nõuavad
erinevaid töid ning vastavat keskkonda paigalduseks. Mastikilbi paigaldamise hind osutus
odavamaks kui vundamendi kilbi paigaldamise hind. Kuna hinnavahe osutus piisavalt
väikseks, siis elektrivõrgus oleva kaabelliini olemasolu korral võib eelistada
vundamendikilpi tema märgatavalt parema töökindluse pärast.
Before joining the electrical energy is necessary to know the main fuse size in ampere, depending on that also board installation methods. Board choices are affected by the existing electricity network, which customer wants to join. It is important to explore alternative solutions to the board installation method selection should be feasible. This thesis aims to compare low voltage board installation methods and recommend economically feasible solutions. The thesis is innovative because previously have not been variety of installation methods and their economic viability compared. The thesis work has been carried out for working in Leonhard Weiss Energy AS company. In Thesis was brought out various types of boards that can be installed at the time ordered by Elektrilevi Ltd. A comparison was made board requirements and installation methods, and pointed to the results of measurement control, board compatibility. The thesis work described in the sub-station and the incoming cables into boards were brought out of their advantages and disadvantages. Author analysed the work performance of the economic aspects of the evaluation panels and installation methods expedient. Conducted test results showed that board installed on the ground is different than board installed on a pole, requiring different work environment and the corresponding installation. Since the price difference was small enough that if an electricity network has cable lines it may preferred board installed on the ground for improved reliability.
