Abstrakt
Käesolev bakalaureusetöö käsitleb pneumaatilise järjestiklülitus
käiguvahetusmehhanismi tootearendust, mille käigus selgitatakse välja mehhanismi
ehitamiseks vajalikud komponendid. Töö eesmärgiks on pakkuda H – lülitusega
manuaalkäigukastile pneumaatiline järjestiklülitusega käiguvahetusmehhanismi
lahendus. Selline lahendus aitab vähendada käiguvahetusel tehtavaid vigu ja
käiguvahetustele kuluvat aega. Pneumaatilised komponendid ja nende juhtimiseks
vajalikud kontrollerid on tänapäeval laialdaselt kättesaadavad, mistõttu saab iga huviline
endale sellise lahenduse ehitada. Enne mehhanismi komponentide valikut esitati
projekteeritavale mehhanismile mõningased nõuded. Arvestades esitatud nõudeid valiti
mehhanismi ehitamiseks vajalikud komponendid ja juhtseadmed. Töö käigus sooritati
laborikeskkonnas mehhanismi tööd imiteeriv katse, mille käigus selgus, et projekteeritav
käiguvahetusmehhanism on teostatav. Autor plaanib töös käsitletud lahenduse valmis
ehitada.
This Bachelor’s Thesis is about the product development of a pneumatic sequential gear shifting mechanism. During the product development, the necessary components will be found out in order to build the mechanism. The main purpose of this thesis is to offer a pneumatic sequential gear shifting mechanism solution for a H-pattern gearbox. This solution helps to minimize errors, which are made during gear shifting process and also to reduce the gear shifting time. Pneumatic components and their control units are nowadays widely available, which is why all interested people can build this solution themselves. Before the components of this mechanism were chosen, some requirements were presented. Considering these requirements, necessary components and control units were chosen for building mentioned mechanism. An experiment was carried out in laboratory environment during this research. As a result of this experiment, it was found out, that the solution of the gear shifting mechanism is achievable. The author of this thesis plans to build the mechanism which was projected during this study.
