Abstrakt
The raw data support the findings of the paper “eDNA-based detection of invasive crayfish and crayfish plague in Estonia.”
raw_data_edna_cpue.xlsx: This file contains three sets of data on separate sheets covering the eDNA water sampling and qPCR results for each sampling location (water body) on sheet 1, LOD/LOQ data on sheet 2, and CPUE data on sheet 3.
