Kallineva tootmise tõttu on ettevõtetele kasumlikum leida ise lahendusi, kuidas sõltuda
vähem energiahindadest. Lisaks on üha olulisem järgida keskkonnasõbralikku tootmist.
Uurimistöö esimene osa keskendub teaduskirjanduse ülevaatele ning teine osa on
empiiriline uurimus. Töö eesmärgiks on hinnata Puidukoda OÜ-s hetkel kasutusel olevaid
ettevõttel on rohkelt vabu tootmispindu, mida saaks kasutada näiteks päikesepargi
laiendamiseks, tuulepargi või puugaasi koostootmisjaama rajamiseks. Puugaasi
koostootmisjaamaga on võimalik sama kütusekogusega muundada nii elektrit kui ka
soojust. Uurimistöös võrreldi kolme erineva tootja puugaasi koostootmisjaamu ning
nendest osutus Puidukoda OÜ-le sobivaimaks Burkhardti mudel CHP ECO 495 koos kahe V3.90S gaasistajaga. Burkhardti koostootmisjaama tasuvusajaks saadi 8,91 aastat ja
arvestades tehase töögraafikut hinnati, et kogu aastasest tarbimisvajadusest kataks jaam
77%. Tulevikus on võimalik teha spetsiifilisem uuring, mis selgitaks välja kasumlikkuse
lähtuvalt erinevate taastuvallikate või puugaasi koostootmisjaamade hinnapakkumistest.
Due to the more expensive production, it is more profitable for companies to find their own solutions to be less dependent on energy prices. In addition, it is increasingly important to follow environmental friendliness in production. The first part of the research focuses on the review of scientific literature, and the second part is an empirical study. The aim of the work is to evaluate the heat and electricity conversion solutions currently in use at Puidukoda OÜ, to find opportunities for introducing environmentally friendly energy conversion and also to find a suitable heat and electricity cogeneration plant for Puidukoda OÜ, which would be based on the plant's consumption needs. A total of 47 literary sources were used in the thesis, of which 24 were scientific articles. Puidukoda OÜ currently uses 500 kW wood pellet boiler for thermal energy conversion and a 400 kW solar park on the roof of the factory for electrical energy conversion. The company's free production areas could be used to expand a solar farm, build a wind farm or a wood gas cogeneration plant. The research showed that it is possible to convert both electricity and heat with the same amount of fuel in cogeneration using wood gas. In the research, wood gas cogeneration plants from three different manufacturers were compared, and the Burkhardt model CHP ECO 495 with two V3.90S gasifiers turned out to be the most suitable for Puidukoda OÜ. The payback period of the Burkhardt model was 8.91 years, and according to the plant's work schedule, it was estimated that the plant would cover 77% of the total annual consumption requirement. In the future, a study could be done that would find out the profitability based on the price offers of different renewable sources or wood gas cogeneration plants.
