Abstrakt
Liftid tarbivad energiat. Selleks, et erinevate liftide energiatarvet mõõta ja võrrelda on
tarvis teada kui palju lifti kasutatakse. Lõputöö käigus valmis Raspberry Pi baasil
mõõtesüsteemide andmeloger. Sai valmistatud elektrooniline seade mille abil Raspberry Pi
hõivab andmeid nii liftilt kui ka elektri arvestilt. Antud koosluse toimimiseks arendati
vajalikud tarkvaralised programmid. Seade on võimeline tuvastama lifti sõitude alguse ja
lõpu ajad, sõidusuuna, sõidu jooksul imporditud ja eksporditud elektrienergia hulga. Sõidu
kestvuse ja suuna andmetest tuletama korruse, millele lift on jõudnud. Seade salvestab kõik
mõõdetud ja tuletatud andmed ühte faili. Samuti on seadme abil võimalik teostada üksiku
lifti sõidu jooksul kasutatud elektrienergia andmehõive, mille abil saab moodustada
võimsusgraafikuid. Katsetati seadet Tartus kahel erineval liftil ning leiti võimalused
andmelogeri ja lifti omavaheliste ühenduste loomiseks. Katsetuste käigus koguti lifti
kasutuse andmeid, kuid pikaajalise stabiilse töö tagamiseks on parendused vajalikud.
Kogutud andmete esmases analüüsis selgus, et nende põhjal on võimalik uurida nii lifti
energiakasutust kui inimeste liikumisharjumusi korrusmajas.
Elevators consume energy. In order to measure and compare the energy consumption of different elevators, it is necessary to know how much the elevator is used. During the thesis, a data logger of measuring systems was completed on the basis of Raspberry Pi. An electronic device was made, with the help of which the Raspberry Pi captures data from both the elevator and the electricity meter. The necessary software programs were developed for the functioning of this community. The device is capable of detecting the start and end times of elevator trips, the direction of travel, the amount of electricity imported and exported during the trip. Derive the floor the elevator has reached from the travel duration and direction data. The device saves all measured and derived data in one file. Also, with the help of the device, it is possible to perform data acquisition of the electrical energy used during the journey of an individual elevator, which can be used to create power graphs. The device was tested on two different elevators in Tartu, and possibilities were found to create connections between the data logger and the elevator. Data on the use of the elevator was collected during the tests, but improvements are necessary to ensure long-term stable operation. The initial analysis of the collected data revealed that it is possible to study both the elevator's energy use and people's movement habits in the apartment building.
