Abstrakt
Mükoriisapreparaadid sisaldavad mükoriisaseeni, mis sobilikes tingimustes
koloniseerivad taime ning aitavad taimel suurendada toiteainete ja vee omastamist.
Mustikataimedel on madal peenekiuline juurestik, millel puuduvad juurekarvad, seetõttu
ei ole nad mulla toiteainete ja veevarude kättesaamisel väga tõhusad, kuid mükoriisaseente
ulatuslik mütseel moodustab pinnases võrgustiku, mis suurendab toitumiseks kasutatavat
pinnast oluliselt. Mükoriisa inokulaatide kasutamine on mustikakasvatuse suurenevate
tootmismahtude ja laienevate tootmisalade tõttu üha tähtsam.
Töö eesmärgiks oli uurida, kas mükoriisapreparaatide kasutamine soodustab aedmustikate
kasvu. Teadusartiklite analüüsiga selgitati välja mükoriisapreparaatide mõju mustika
kasvule ning saagikusele.
Kõigis analüüsitud töödes oli mükoriisaga inokuleerimisel positiivne mõju aedmustikale.
Erikoidse mükoriisa preparaadid tõstsid juurte, võrsete ja lehtede kasvu ja biomassi. Ka
õisikute arv ja õitsemise protsent tõusis inokuleeritud taimedes. Ka saagikus oli kõrgem
inokuleeritud taimedel, tõustes mõnel sordil kuni 92%. Preparaadid tõstsid aedmustikate
võrsetes ja lehtedes erinevate makro- ja mikroelementide kontsentratsiooni.
Mycorrhizal inoculants contain mycorrhizal fungi, which, under suitable conditions, colonize the plant and help it increase nutrient and water uptake. Blueberry plants have a fine fibrous root system lacking root hairs, making them ineffective at accessing soil nutrients and water resources. However, the extensive mycelium formed by mycorrhizal fungi creates a root network in the soil that significantly increases the area available for nutrient uptake. The use of mycorrhizal inoculants is increasingly important due to the rising production volumes and expanding production areas of blueberry cultivation. The aim of the work was to investigate whether the use of mycorrhizal inoculants promotes the growth of cultivated blueberries. The analysis of scientific articles determined the effects of mycorrhizal inoculants on the growth and yield of blueberries. In all the analyzed studies, mycorrhizal inoculation had a positive effect on cultivated blueberries. Ericoid mycorrhizal inoculants increased the growth and biomass of roots, shoots, and leaves. The number of inflorescence buds and the probability to flower also increased in inoculated plants. Additionally, the yield was higher in inoculated plants, increasing by up to 92% in some varieties. The inoculants improved the concentration of various macro- and microelements in the shoots and leaves of the cultivated blueberries.
