Abstrakt
Magistritöös käsitletakse puidutööstuses kasutatava puitraamide pressil toodangu
mõõtmiseks valmistatava lisaseadme kasutamise võimalusi ja valmistamise protsessi.
Kirjeldatakse tarkvaraprogrammi loomist ja juhtseadmes kasutamist. Töö eesmärgiks oli luua
seade, mis mõõdab ja loendab pressimisliinil koostatavat toodangut ja väljastab
informatsiooni valminud toodangu kohta. Töös kasutati mikroprotsessortehnikat,
programmeerimiskeelt Python, andureid ja andmeedastuskanaleid. Tutvustati valmistatava
seadme vajalikkust, seadme töötamist, paigaldamise ja kasutamise tingimusi. Töö käigus
valmis seadme mudel koos juhtprogrammiga. Koostati lisaprogramm salvestatud
mõõtetulemuste graafiliseks kuvamiseks. Seade on läbinud mudeli katsetused ja vajab
testimist puitraamide pressil tööolukorras. Projekt on õpetlik ja abistav
mikroprotsessortehnika abil tootmisliinilt info kogumiseks.
The master's thesis introduces the possibilities of using an accessory device in the wood industry for counting and measuring production on the wooden frame press line. Describes how to create and use software for the control device. The goal of the work was to create a device for measuring and counting production on the pressing line and to store the output information about the finished production. In the project used microprocessor technology, Python programming language, sensors and data transmission channels. The advantages of the device, the operation of the device, the conditions of installation and use has introduced. During the project, a model device and control program was completed. An additional program has created to display a graph of the saved measurement results. The device with program has passed the model tests and need to test in operating conditions on the wooden frame press line. The project is educational and helps to gather information from the production line using microprocessor technology.
