Abstrakt
Seoses vajadusega vähendada taimekasvatuses kasutusel olevate pestitsiidide koguseid, tuleb leida
alternatiive. Osoneeritud veest võib saada uuenduslik ja keskkonnasõbralik vahend seenhaiguste
tõrjel viinamarjaistanduses.
Käesoleva magistritöö eesmärgiks oli selgitada välja osoneeritud veega ja taimekaitsevahenditega
viinapuude pritsimise mõju viinapuu jahukaste levikule vilikonnas ja seente kolooniate arvukusele
marjadel. Teiseks eesmärgiks oli analüüsida osoneeritud veega ja taimekaitsevahenditega
viinapuude pritsimise mõju viinamarjade fenoolide sisaldusele ja antioksütatiivsele aktiivsusele.
Katsedviidi läbi kasvuhoones sordiga ‘Regent’ ja avamaal sordiga ’Hasanski Sladki’.
Viinapuu jahukaste levik oli ’Hasanski Sladki’ vilikonnas suurem kontrollvariandis ja madalaim
taimekaitsevahenditega töödeldud variandis. Taimekaitse preparaatidel oli oluline haiguse levikut
vähendav mõju. Osoneeritud veega töötlemisel ilmnes viinapuu jahukaste lööbimisele statistiliselt
oluline mõju võrreldes kontrollvariandiga.
Osoneeritud veega töötlemise ja taimekaitsevahenditega pritsimisel avamaal sordi ‘Hasanski Sladki’
marjade seenekolooniate arvukusele statistiliselt olulist mõju ei ilmnenud. Osoneeritud veega
töötlemisel oli oluline pärssiv mõju kiletunnelis sordi ‘Regent’ marjade pinda koloniseerivatele
seentele. Osoonitud veega töötlemine vähendas seentega koloniseeritust marjadel, kuid selle mõju
hindamisel tuleb arvesse võtta ka keskkonnategureid, sest kliimatingimused võivad mõjutada ka
osooni toimet mikroorganismidele.
Katsetulemustest selgus, et osoneeritud veega pritsimine mõjutas oluliselt viinamarjade
polüfenoolide sisaldust mõlemas katsekohas, kuid mõju suund oli erinev. Erinev mõju oli seotud
katsekohtade erinevate keskkonna tingimustega.
Osoneerituv vee positiivne mõju antioksütatiivsele aktiivsusele ilmnes nii avamaal kui ka tunnelis
mõlemal sordil.
Due to the need to reduce the amount of pesticides used in crop production, alternatives must be found. Ozonated water can become an innovative and environmentally friendly tool for controlling fungal diseases in the vineyard. This master's thesis aimed to determine the effect of ozonated water treatments on the powdery mildew infection and the fungal colonies on the berries. The second objective was to analyze the impact of spraying vines with ozonated water on grapes phenolic content and antioxidative activity. The experiment was conducted in the greenhouse with a variety' Regent' and in the open grape yard with 'Hasanski Sladki'. The prevalence of grape powdery mildew in the 'Hasanski Sladki' clusters was higher in the control treatment and lowest in the treatment where plant protection products were used. Plant protection products had a significant effect in reducing the spread of the powdery mildew infection. Treatment with ozonated water showed a statistically significant impact on grapevine powdery mildew infection compared to the untreated control. Treatment with ozonated water and spraying with plant protection agents did not significantly affect the number of fungal colonies in the berries of the variety 'Hasanski Sladki' in the open field. Treatment with ozonated water had a significant inhibitory effect on the fungi colonizing the surface of the berries of the variety 'Regent' in the plastic tunnel. Treatment with ozonated water reduced fungal colonization on berries, but environmental factors must also be considered when evaluating this effect, as climatic conditions can also affect the impact of ozone on microorganisms. The analyses revealed that spraying with ozonated water significantly affected the polyphenol content of grapes in both test locations. Still, the direction of the effect was different. The different effects were related to the different environmental conditions of the experimental sites. The positive effect of ozonated water on antioxidative activity was evident in both the open field and the tunnel in both varieties.
