Abstrakt
Biomass on üks lootustandvamaid taastuvaid energiaallikaid maailmas, mida kasutatakse
tahkete, vedelate ja gaasiliste kütuste kujul. Põlevkivi osakaalu vähendamiseks Eesti
energeetikas kasutatakse üha enam taastuvenergiat, millega püütakse vähendada
keskkonnamõjusid nagu kasvuhoonegaasid. 2030. aasta kliima- ja energiaraamistiku
kohaselt on üks peamisi keskkonna eesmärke saavutada vähemalt 32% taastuvenergia
osakaal Euroopa Liidu kogu energiatoodangust.
Käesoleva töö eesmärkideks on: 1) Leida 3,5 ja 2,8 MW biokatelde optimaalseim
küttesegu kasutades selleks ainult männikoort 2) Analüüsida erinevaid küttesegusid,
nende saadud kütteväärtusi, mahumasse ja niiskusesisaldusi 3) Ökonoomsemad
männikoore kuivatamise viisid 4) Lahendused edaspidiseks kütmiseks küttesegudega.
Laboratoorsete katsete tulemusena leiti, et männikoort tuleks segada hakkpuidu asemel
saepuruga, kuna hakkpuidu lisamine küttesegudesse ei muutnud märkimisväärselt
niiskusesisalduse tulemust. Töö eesmärgid said täidetud vastavalt Combimill Sakala OÜ
soovidele.
Biomass is one of the most promising renewable energy sources in the world, which is used in the form of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. In order to reduce the share of oil shale in Estonian energy, renewable energy is used more and more, which is used to reduce environmental impacts such as greenhouse gases. According to the 2030 climate and energy framework, one of the main environmental goals is to achieve a share of at least 32% of renewable energy in the total energy production of the European Union. The goals of this work are: 1) To find the most optimal heating mixture for 3.5 and 2.8 MW bioboilers using only pine bark for this purpose 2) To analyze different heating mixtures, their obtained calorific value, volume and calorific value 3) Finding the best and most effective drying method for pine bark 4) Solutions for the future for heating with heating mixtures. As a result of laboratory tests, it was found that pine bark should be mixed with sawdust instead of wood chips, as the addition of wood chips to heating mixtures did not significantly change the result of moisture content.
