Abstrakt
Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärk on projekteerida ning luua painutatud vineerist spoonitud kapi
tootmistehnoloogia. Töö käigus oli antud ülevaade tehnilistest joonistest ning
tehnoloogiakaartidest.
Kapi projekteerimisel oli teostatud nii tehnilised joonised, kui ka 3D mudel, detailide loetelu
ja juurdelõikuskaardid. Tehnoloogiakaartide koostamisel oli kasutatud Excel tarkvara ning
arvutatud tööoperatsioonide tootlikkus. Töö tulemusena sai teostatud nii kapi valmistamine
ning spoonimine, kui ka tootmistehnoloogia väljatöötamine tööstuses kasutatavate
seadmetele.
Tootmistehnoloogia väljatöötamisel olid kasutatud valemid masinate etteandekiiruse, ning
tootmise tootlikkuse arvutamiseks. Oli arvutatud tootmisaeg nii ühe toote, kui ka 100 tükki
toote tootmisprogrammile.
The aim of this thesis is to design and develop a production technology for a veneered cabinet made of bendable ceiba plywood and birch plywood. During the work, an overview of the technical drawing and technology maps were given. The design of the cabinet was carried out with technical drawings as well as 3D model, parts list and cut maps. Excel software was used to produce technology maps and calculate the productivity of the work operations. The manufacturing and veneering of the cabinet was carried out, as well as the development of the production technology for the machines used in industrial manufacturing. Formulas for calculating the feed rate of the machines and the production productivity were used in the development of the production technology. Production times were calculated for a single product, as well as for a production programme of 100 pieces.
