Abstrakt
Puurimiseks on vaja teatud survejõudu, et teha avasid ja umbavasid. Puuri läbimõõdu suurenedes muutub ka vajalik jõud, mida tuleb puurile avaldada, et lõige toimuks. Selle kindlakstegemiseks mõõdeti erineva läbimõõduga puuride korral puurimisel tekkivaid lõike jõude.
Lõputöö raames kasutati kahte erineva suurusega ja erinevast materjalist valmistatud puuri. Mõõtmiste täpsuse tagamiseks kasutati arvjuhtimisega pinki Haas Minimill, millel saab määrata kindla ettenihkeliikumise kiiruse igal puurimiskatsel.
Mõõtmised salvestati seadmega nimega Kistler Multichannel Charge Amplifier Type 5070. Analüüsiti andmeid, mõeldi läbi ettenihkeliikumise jõu korrigeerimise võimalused ja tehti järeldusi tekkinud jääkmaterjali ehk laastu kohta.
For drilling, a certain amount of pressure is needed to make holes and blind holes. As the diameter of the drill increases, so does the necessary force that must be applied to the drill for the cut to occur. To determine this, the cutting forces that occurred during drilling were measured for drills of different diameters. As part of the final project, two drills of different sizes and made of different materials were used. To ensure the accuracy of the measurements, a computer-controlled bench Haas Minimill was used, which allows setting a specific feed rate for each drilling test. The measurements were recorded with a device called Kistler Multichannel Charge Amplifier Type 5070. The data was analyzed, the possibilities for correcting the feed force were considered, and conclusions were made about the residual material or chip that was formed.
