Abstrakt
Viimastel aastatel majandustingimused on muutunud , sest on toimunud on erinevaid
olulisi sündmusi, näiteks ülemaailmne majanduskriis , Euroopa võlakriis ja COVID-19,
mis oluliselt mõjutavad Eesti majanduskasvu. Mõned aastad on iseloomustatud kiire
majanduskasvule. Vähim mõju on netoekspordil. Valitsemissektori
lõpptarbimiskulutused avaldavad kõige suuremat positiivset mõju majanduskasvule.
Netoeksport on positiivne mõju Eesti majanduskasvule, kuid puudub statistiline kindlus,
et netoeksport avaldaks olulist mõju sõltuvale muutujale.
In the past 20 years, the economic conditions have undergone changes due to significant events such as the global financial crisis, the European debt crisis, and COVID-19, which have had a substantial impact on Estonian economic growth. Some years have been characterized by rapid economic growth, while in other periods, the growth has been more moderate or even negative, highlighting the need for analyses of economic growth and its components. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze Estonian economic growth and its components from 2001 to 2021 and determine the impact of these components on economic growth. The study primarily relies on data from Statistics Estonia. The selected components for the analysis of economic growth include GDP, investments in tangible fixed assets, general government final consumpin expenditure, private consumption expenditure, and net exports. Quantitative methods such as correlation and regression analysis are employed for data analysis. Based on all the conducted analyses and tests, it can be concluded that the general government final consumpin expenditure and investments in tangible fixed assets have a significant positive impact on Estonian economic growth. Net exports have the least impact. general government final consumpin expenditure exerts the most substantial positive influence on economic growth. While net exports contribute positively to Estonian economic growth, there is no statistical certainty regarding their significant impact on the dependent variable.
