Abstrakt
Magistritöös on kirjeldatud ja analüüsitud Alatskivi-Koosa 15 kV fiidri rekonstrueerimise
elektriprojekti. Objekt asub Peipsiääre vallas Tartu maakonnas, projekteerimiseks kulus 7
kuud. Projekt oli hankes 3 kuud ning ehitati 2024 mais ja juunis. Projekt kooskõlastati
eraomanike, Peipsiääre valla, Transpordiameti ja Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskusega ning
muude asjast huvitatud organisatsioonidega. Alatskivi-Koosa 15 kV fiidri rekonstrueerimine
oli aastatel 2023-2024 oluline osa Tartu maakonna investeeringutest, moodustades
planeeritavates 37,9 km ilmastikukindlast võrgust ning 12 alajaamast ligikaudu pool. Projekt
koosneb 65 joonisest, neist 44 on asendiplaanid ning 21 on tehnilised joonised
(paigutusjoonised, tehnilised skeemid). Projekteerimisel on lähtutud Elektrilevi OÜ
lähteülesandest, Eesti vabariigi seadustest “Ehitusseadustik“, “Asjaõigusseadus“, “Seadme
ohutuse seadus“ ning standarditest.
The master's thesis describes and analyses the electrical project for the reconstruction of the Alatskivi-Koosa 15 kV feeder. The object is located in Peipsiääre rural municipality, Tartu county, and took 7 months to design. The project was in the procurement phase for 3 months and was built in May and June 2024. The project was coordinated with private owners, Peipsiääre rural municipality, the Transport Board, the State Forest Management Centre and other interested organizations. The reconstruction of the Alatskivi-Koosa 15 kV feeder was an important part of Tartu county's investments in 2023-2024, accounting for approximately half of the planned 37.9 km of weatherproof network and 12 substations. The project consists of 65 drawings, 44 of which are layout plans and 21 are technical drawings (layout drawings, technical diagrams). The design was based on the initial task of Elektrilevi OÜ, the laws of the Republic of Estonia "Construction Law", "Property Law", "Equipment Safety Law" and standards.
