Abstrakt
Maheviljeluses on probleemiks haiguste ja kahjurite levik, kuna kasutada saab ainult mahepõllumajanduslikke võtteid. Seetõttu katsetataksegi taimelehtede leegitamist, uuritakse leegitamise mõju taime kasvule, viljade maitse- ja tervislikkuse näitajatele. Eelnevatel aastatel on katsetatud põletamist, mis aga mõjub negatiivselt istandiku kasurputukatele, kuna põletatakse kogu maa-ala, leegitamisel vaid maasikalehed. Töö eesmärgiks on välja selgitada, kuidas leegitamine kui hea taimekaitsevõte maheviljeluses ning humiinpreparaat Humistar mõjutavad taime kasvu, saaki ja vilja biokeemilist koostist. Katse toimus 2012. aasta suvel Maaülikooli katseaias Eerikal, variantideks olid: kontroll, leegitamine ja leegitamine koos Humistariga. Katsesordiks oli ´Darselect´. Katsetulemused olid järgmised: Leegitamine intensiivistab kasvu, suurendab hapete sisaldust ning saaki, vähendab antioksüdatiivsust. Humistaril on positiivne mõju antotsüaanide, fenoolide ja 2. järgu viljade askorbiinhappe sisaldusele ning mahla kuivaine ja hapete suhtarvule – tehes seega viljad magusamaks. Seega Humistariga väetamine muudab viljad tervislikumaks ning osaliselt ka magusamaks, kuna taimede toiteelementide kättesaaadavus mullast paraneb. Võib järeldada, et leegitamine ja Humistari kasutamine avaldab positiivset mõju taime kasvule, saagile ja biokeemilisele koostisele, samas on rakendatud eeldatavalt tulemuslikult.leegitamist kui taimekaitse võtet. Eelnevalt pole leegitamist uuritud, kuid sama istandiku 1. katseaastal leiti samuti, et Humistar avaldab mõju taimede kasvule ja viljade biokeemilise koostisele. Edasiselt võiks katsetada Humistari erinevaid koguseid ning leegitamise mõju taimekahjuritele ja haigustele.
In organic farming diseases and pests are a problem, since you can only use organic techniques. Therefore it´s made flame defoliation experiment , flame defoliation examines the impact on plant growth, fruit flavor and healthiness figures. In previous years has been tested burning defoliation, but which has negatively affected the plantation pest´s natural enemies since burned throughout the area, but during flame defoliation there are burnt only strawberry leaves. Our goal is to explain how flame defoliation as a good plant protection techniques in organic farming and humic fertilizer Humistar affect plant growth, yield and fruit biochemical composition. The experiment was carried out in summer 2012 in a strawberry experimental plantation located at the Research Centre of Organic Farming of Estonian University of Life Sciences, variants were: control, flaming and flaming with Humistar. Experimental cultivar was ´´Darselect´. Results were: Flaming enhances growth, increases the titratable acids content and yield, reduces antioxidative activities. Fkaming with Humistar has a positive effect on anthocyanins, total phenolic contents and secondary fruit ascorbic acid content and soluble solids and acidity ratio - thus making it sweeter fruits. Fertilization with Humistariga makes fruit healthier, and partly also sweeter because the plant nutrients in the soil are better available. May conclude that, flaming with using Humistar has a positive effect on plant growth, yield and biochemical composition, same time there has been applied flaming defoliation as supposedly successful plant protect techniques. Previously flaming defoliation has not been studied, but the first plantation year the experiment also showed that Humistar affects plant growth and biochemical composition of fruits. Further, we could experiment with different quantities of Humistari and flaming impact on plant pests and diseases.
