Abstrakt
Magistritöö eemärk on käsitleda hoones kasutatavaid energeetika liike. Põhilised energia
liigid on soojus- ja elektrienergia. Soojusenergia käsitlus koosneb soojuskadude arvutusest ja
soojusenergeetilisest mudelist. Soojusenergeetiline mudel on koostatud vabavaralise
programmi SciCoslab modelleerimiskeskkonnas. Mudel on koostatud elektrilise aseskeemina
kasutades soojusleviprotsesside ja elektriahelates toimuvate protsesside sarnaseid
seaduspärasusi. Mudeli simuleerimine võimaldab hinnata puhkemaja ruumide soojenemist ja
jahtumist erinevaid kütteseadmeid kasutades.
Elektrienergia poolelt on teostatud elektripaigaldise projekteerimiseks vajalikud arvutused ja
koostatud projektjoonised. Need on aluseks puhkemaja elektripaigaldise väljaehitamisel.
Viimane jaotis kirjeldab päikeseenergia kasutamisvõimalusi kinnistu varustamiseks
elektrienergiaga. Välja on toodud mikrotootja liitumiseks vajalikud dokumendid
The aim of the Master’s thesis is to discuss the forms of energy used in a building. The main forms of building energy are heat and electricity. The discourse of heat energy consists of heat loss calculations and a model of thermal energy. The heat energy model is designed with the freeware program SciCoslab. This model was designed using similar laws of heat transfer and electricity. The model simulation gives information about the warming and cooling of different rooms in the building. For example how the restroom is warmed up and cooled down using different heaters. The discussion of electricity consists of calculations of electrical installation and design drawings. The latter were made to build the electrical installation. The last section describes how to use solar energy to supply the holiday house and others buildings located in the same property with electric energy. This section describes also the necessary documentation for selling the produced electricity to the local grid.
