Abstrakt
Kesk- ja madalpinge välivõrkude maanduspaigaldiste projekteerimisel on oluline, et
projekteerija saaks kasutada sellekohast abimaterjali. Materjalis peaks olema loetletud ja
lahti seletatud nõudmised koos praktiliste arvutusvalemitega, mis esitatakse
maanduspaigaldise projektis. Sellise metoodilise abimaterjali koostamine, koos praktiliste
lahendustega, on toodud antud bakalaureusetöö mahus.
Bakalaureusetöö koosneb neljast osast. Esimeses osas on kirjeldatud lahti
maanduspaigaldise osad ja liigitus. Lisaks on toodud viimaste koostamise tarbeks kehtivad
alusdokumendid, millest lähtuvalt tuleb maanduspaigaldised projekteerida.
Teises osas tutvustatakse pinnase eritakistuse arvestamist maanduspaigaldise
projekteerimisel. Eraldi jaotusena on toodud pinnase eritakistuse mõõtmise metoodika, mis
võimaldaks juurutada viimase laialdasemat kasutamist projekteerimises. Metoodika
kinnitamiseks ja analüüsiks on tehtud pinnase eritakistuse kontrollmõõtmised.
Kolmandas osas antakse ülevaade maanduspaigaldise projekteerimise üldpõhimõtetest ja
lähtepunktidest. Eraldi jaotusena on toodud välja lubatud puutepinge arvestamine kesk- ja
madalpinge elektripaigaldistes. Tähelepanu on pööratud just puutepingete arvestamisele
olukorras, kus madalpingevõrk on ühendatud kekspingevõrgu maanduspaigaldisega.
Viimases, neljandas osas on toodud juhised maanduskontuuri väljaehitamiseks koos
maandus- ja potentsiaaliühtlustuse tüüplahendustega. Kirjeldatud on maanduspaigaldise
koostamiseks vajalikud arvutusvalemid ja skeemide koostamise soovitused.
Juhendi lisades on ära toodud mõningad näidislahendused, millised võiksid olla aluseks
tööprojekti koosseisus olevale maanduspaigaldist iseloomustavale skeemile.
Kuna käesolevas bakalaureusetöös koondati kokku maanduspaigaldise projekteerimiseks
vajalikud teemad, toodi praktilised näited tüüplahendustena ning kirjeldati
projekteerimiseks vajalik arvutusmetoodika on tööd võimalik kasutada abistava
materjalina kesk- ja madalpinge välivõrkude projektide koostamisel.
The aim of the present bachelor`s thesis is to give an overview of the basic principles of earthing systems for low and medium voltage electrical network planners. The objective of the thesis was to develop a practical guide for the electrical network planners. The theme was chosen due to the fact that presently there are no reliable common source materials for network planners, including the existing requirements and practical calculation formulas. The bachelor`s thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter the types and components of the earthing systems are described. As source materials, the basic requirement documents for planning the earthing systems are given. The second chapter describes the impact of soil resistivity to be taken into account while planning the earthing systems. The methods for measuring the soil resistivity is also presented to encourage introducing the methology into practical planning. In the third chapter the basic principles for planning earthing systems are outlined. Special attention is paid to the calculations of the touch voltage when the earthing system of low voltage electrical network is connected with that of the medium voltage network. The final chapter is devoted to the instructions, required for the construction of earthing systems, with the earth and potential earth electrode solution types. The chapter also involves the calculation formulas and suggestions for designing the schemes. The Appendices for the Instructions include some model schemes for earthing systems. The result of the present thesis is a source material for earthing system planners with a future perspective to use it as a practical guide for planning earthing systems for low and medium voltage electrical networks.
