Abstrakt
Antud magistritöö eesmärk on uurida Eesti Maaülikooli spordihoone energiatarbimist ja
analüüsida. Selle tulemusel on võimalik anda ülevaade ehitise energiaefektiivsuse kohta ja
pakkuda välja soovitusi ja lahendusi energia kulude vähendamiseks tulevikuks. Tulemuste
saavutamiseks on arvutatud hoone soojuskoormus, mõõdetud ventilatsioonisüsteemide
tarbimisvõimsust ning arvestatud ehituslike omapärasustega. Magistritöö koosneb viiest
peamisest osast, millest esimeses on kirja pandud probleemi olemus. Teises tööjaotises on
hoone tutvustus, mis koosneb ruumijaotusest, ehituslikust iseloomustusest ja selle
valgustusest. Kolmandas peatükis on välja toodud Eesti Maaülikooli spordihoone
tehnosüsteemid. See jaotis annab ülevaate ehitises olevale ventilatsioonisüsteemile,
õhkkardinatele, põrandaküttele ning ülejäänud kütte- ja elektrisüsteemi kasutusele. Peale selle
on välja toodud ventilatsioonisüsteemi elektritarbimise mõõtmise tulemused. Magistritöö
neljandas peatükis on esitatud arvutustulemuste näol soojuskoormuse jaotus. Viimases ehk
viiendas jaotise on pakutud välja potentsiaalseid lahendusi, mille abil oleks võimalik
vähendada energiakulusid, hoone energiatõhusamaks muutmiseks.
This masters’s thesis is about energy consumption and proposed solutions to economize the usage of energy in the sporting facility of Estonian University of Life Sciences. The purpose of this paper was to create an overview and analysis of the building in order to minimize the costs on energy. Heat loss and radiation calculations were made while taking in consideration the buildings individuality, it’s heat and ventilation systems. Calculations and measurements were made about ventilation systems electrical consumption and according to them it is possible to give some recommendations to make the building more energy efficient. This could be done if the power coefficent of electrical drives of the ventilation system would be increased. It is possible by installing capacitors to the system to balance the reactive power component produced by the electric motors. Besides this option a good solution could be using renewable energy sources. For example installing PV-panels or solar collectors on the roof would effectively decrease the costs for heating and ventilation of the building. Another option could be placing thin film solar panels on the southern class facade which would make reducing the amount of the excess heat possible and besides that it would allow us to benefit from reduced costs caused by the ventilation system during the summer.
