Abstrakt
Töö keskendub Euroopa tuuleenergeetika olukorra välja selgitamisele. Eesmärk on anda
ülevaade sellest, milline on tuuleenergia kasutamine. Töös kasutati avalikke andmeid
erinevate ametlike Euroopa organisatsioonide poolt. Metoodika seisneb andmete
analüüsis ning uurimusobjektide kõrvutamises omavahel, võttes aluseks sarnased või
samad parameetrid. Töö annab ülevaate sellest, milline on ajalooliselt olnud tuuleenergia
laienemine Euroopas ning kuhu see välja jõudnud on. Välja on toodud arengut
soodustavad ja pärssivad muutujad. Ajalooliste andmete põhjal on tehtud prognoosid
valdkonna arengust aastani 2025.
The thesis focuses on explaining the European wind power situation. The purpose is to give an overview of how wind power is being used. Public records from official public organizations involved in this field were used to create this thesis. It also gives an overview of the historical developements of wind power in Europe and the situation today. Highlighted are variables that both encourage and inhibit growth in this sector. Based on historical data, predictions are given up until 2025.
