Abstrakt
Kaasnevalt loomade vabapidamisega ja tööjõu leidmise probleemidega minnakse
piimatootmisettevõtetes üha sagedamini üle automaatlüpsi- ehk robotlüpsisüsteemidele. Kuigi
varasemates uuringutes on käsitletud robotlüpsisüsteemiga ettevõtteid, pole neis põhjalikult
analüüsitud üleminekuperioodi jooksul toimuvaid muutusi ettevõtte näitajates.
Magistritöö eesmärk on selgitada välja torusselüpsisüsteemilt robotlüpsisüsteemile üleminekuga
kaasnevat mõju piimatoodangule, karja tervisele ja ettevõtte tootmistulemustele OÜ Lõunapiim
andmetel.
kulusid lehma kohta.
Lehmade uue süsteemiga lauta viimine tõi analüüsitud ettevõttes kaasa loomade haigestumise ning
praakpiima hulga suurenemise. Lüpsisüsteemi vahetusega kaasnes esialgu piimatoodangu langus,
mis kohanemisperioodi lõppedes asendus toodangu tõusuga. Tavalüpsisüsteemilt, kus lehmi lüpsti
päevas kaks korda, üle minnes suurenes ka lüpsisagedus keskmiselt 2,4 lüpsini päevas. Eduka
ümberkorralduse tulemusena vähenes töötajate arv ja tööjõule tehtavad kulud, müügitulu ja
piimatoodang töötaja kohta tõusis. Arvestada tuleb, et automaatse lüpsisüsteemi kasutamine toob
kaasa ka suurenenud kulusid, näiteks elektrikulud.
Farms use automatic milking systems increasingly. Reasons for that are usually either the loose housing of cows or difficulties to find suitable labour in the region. There are several studies about automatic milking, but they do not usually reflect changes occurring during transition period in so detailed manner. The objective of this Master´s Thesis is to analyse the effect of transition from pipeline milking system to robotic milking in OÜ Lõunapiim. Average milk yield and milk quality data from the period before the change of milking system, data from the transition period and from the full adaptation to robotic milking was used. The herd health and culling of cows was also analysed. Average revenue from selling milk per cow and labour productivity was calculated based on accounting data. As a result of transition to new milking system the somatic cells count and the share of wasted milk increased. During the transition period to robotic milking the average milk production per cow decreased, but after adaptation period raised again. Milking frequency increased to 2,4 milking per day in comparison to conventional milking system, where the cows were milked twice a day. In the case of successful transition, the number of workers and labour costs should be decreasing with robotic milking. As a result of that milk production per worker and milk revenues per worker increase. As expected, the electricity costs raised with transition to automatic milking system.
