Abstrakt
Maaülikoolil on palju erinevaid katsemasinaid nõukogude ajast. Nende masinate asendamine pole olnud vajalik, kuna katse iseloom aastakümnete jooksul pole muutunud. Küll need masinad pole igavesed ja nende parandamine nõuab eriteadmisi, kuna originaalosi pole kusagilt võtta. Antud töö keskendub ühele sellisele masinale, täpsemalt, riknenud lihvimismasina parandamisele. Töö eesmärk on see masin uuesti korda seada. Töö käigus fikseeriti masina vead, tehti mitu digitaalset juhtimissüsteemi erinevatele mikrokontrolleritele nende vigade kõrvaldamiseks. Valmistati lõplik kasutajaliides, mis suudaks masinat juhtida pikemaajalisemalt.
The Estonian University of Life Sciences has many testing machines from the soviet era. The replacement of these machines has not been necessary, since the nature of the test has not changed much over past few decades. However, these machines are not eternal and fixing them requires special talents, as there are few replacement parts. The focus of this work is upon one such machine. The goal is to get a broken grinding machine into working order. During the course of this work the problems on machinery were recorded and multiple digital solutions on various microcontrollers were made to fix them. In the end a final user interface was made to ensure long lasting utilization of the machine.
