Abstrakt
Antud töös kirjeldatud puidust hiirematte pole läbiviidud turu- uuringu põhjal veel valmistatud. Toodetakse lihtsamaid variante, kuid selle töö eesmärgiks oli need tootearenduse käigus kombineerida ning luua nendele tootmistehnoloogia.
Lõputöös on välja toodud kaks hiiremati disainlahendust, valitud toote materjal, punane tamm, CNC töötlemine ja kriteeriumite ning katsete alusel valitud viimistlusmaterjal. Töö tegemisel ja tootmistehnoloogia väljatöötamisel toetutakse puiduettevõtte Orthez OÜ tehnoloogilisele võimekusele.
Toote edasiseks arendamiseks ning paremaks materjali kasutuseks tuleks autori hinnangul valmistada hiiremati detailid eraldi ning ühe disainlahenduse CNC töötlemist optimeerida.
Wooden mouse pads similar to those described in this thesis have not yet been produced based on the conducted market research. Although simpler versions exist, the aim of this thesis was to combine their features through product development and to develop a suitable manufacturing technology for such a product. The thesis presents two different mouse pad design solutions, defines the selected material (red oak), describes the CNC machining process, and identifies the most suitable finishing material based on predefined criteria and conducted tests. The development of the product and its manufacturing technology was based on the technological capabilities of the wood processing company Orthez OÜ. For further product development and more efficient material usage, the author suggests manufacturing certain components of the mouse pad separately and optimizing the CNC machining process of one of the design solutions.
