Abstrakt
Üha rohkem investeeritakse keskpinge maakaabelliinide ehitusse ja sellega seoses on
tarvis monteerida rohkem keskpinge kaablitele otsa- ja jätkumuhve. Suureks probleemiks
on kujunenud kaablimuhvide töökindlus. Töö eesmärgiks on tuvastada põhjuseid, miks
keskpinge kaablimuhvid riknevad. Töös antakse ülevaade, milliseid materjale tohib
kasutada muhvide monteerimiseks ja milliseid muhve tohib paigaldada. Lisaks pööratakse
tähelepanu muhvipaigaldajate poolt pahaaimamatult ja kohati hooletusest tekitatud
ebakvaliteetse töövõtete tagajärjel võimalikke ohukohti, kust võib alguse saada
kaablimuhvi rike. Rikete põhjuste väljaselgitamiseks on koostatud kaablimuhvidele
analüüs ning töös on püütud eksimuste vältimiseks kirjeldada, kuidas peaks vastavat
töösooritust teostama, et vältida kaablimuhvide kahjustamist. Töös tuuakse ülevaade
kaablimuhvi monteerimiseks vajalikest tööriistadest. Üldiselt on kaablimuhvi
monteerimisel sarnased vead. Põhilised kaablimuhvi monteerimise vead tekiva kuna:
puudub kaablimontööride korrektne väljaõpe, ebaõiged teadmised, valed töövõtted ja
lohakusest tingitud vead. Võimalik on teostada jätkuuuringuid, kus analüüsitakse
täpsemalt eksimuste algpõhjuseid ja nendest tulenevaid ohte keskpinge kaablimuhvile.
More and more investments are made in building middle voltage underground cable lines and thus more middle voltage cable end and follow-up have to be assembled. The reliability of cable sleeves has become a big problem. The objective of this paper is to identify failure causes of middle voltage cable sleeves. The paper gives an overview of the materials that can be used for assembling sleeves and which kind of sleeves can be mounted. In addition, attention is paid in the paper to the mistakes cable assemblers make when mounting cable sleeves and the mistakes that have caused failure of a cable sleeve. In order to identify failure causes, an analysis of cable sleeves was prepared and to prevent mistakes, the paper aims to describe how work should be performed in order to avoid damaging the cable sleeves. The paper gives an overview of the tools needed to assemble a cable sleeve. In general, similar mistakes are made in assembling cable sleeves. Cable assemblers may not have received proper training, they may have insufficient knowledge, they implement improper work practices and they make mistakes caused by carelessness. It is possible to carry out further surveys in which more precise analysis is undertaken regarding the initial causes of the mistakes and related risks to a middle voltage cable sleeve.
