Abstrakt
Ettevõtte jaoks on oluline teada, kuidas hoida klienti rahulolevana, kuidas kliente enda
juures hoida. Tähtis on pakkuda ostmisest häid emotsioone ning head ostukogemust.
Kõike seda on võimalik teada saada, kui analüüsida klientide ostuotsustusprotsessi ning
läbi selle kliendi käitumist. Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on välja selgitada,
milline on Incassor OÜ kliendi ostuprotsess. Uurimiseesmärgi saavutamiseks kasutati
kombineeritud meetodit, kus kasutatakse nii kvalitatiivset kui ka kvantitatiivset
uurimismeetodit. Uurimistöö põhineb esmastel andmetel, mis on kogutud intervjuude ja
küsitluste läbiviimise käigus. Läbi viidud intervjuude käigus selgus, et ostuvajadust
tunnetas ainult kaks inimest. Pandimaja kohta otsiti infot nii Facebookist kui ka e-poest.
Omavahel võrreldi sarnaseid tooteid ning otsustamisel sai määravaks just väljanägemine
ja hind. Tehtud ostuga oldi rahul. Intervjuudest saadud vastuste kontrollimiseks viidi läbi
kvantitatiivne küsitlus ning sealt selgus - Incassor OÜ klient ostab tooteid kohapealt, kuna
siis saadakse kaup kiirelt kätte. Pandimaja kohta otsitakse infot enamasti Facebooki lehelt,
väga vähesed vastanud ei otsinud infot üldse. Omavahel võrreldakse sarnaseid tooteid ja
ostmisel saab enim määravaks just väljanägemine. Autor usub, et käesolevat
bakalaureusetööd saab kasutada Incassor OÜ turundustegevuse ja teenuste paremaks
muutmiseks, kuna see aitab paremini mõista Incassor OÜ kliendi otsustusprotsessi ja selle
taga peituvat.
It is important for the company to know how to keep the customer satisfied, how to keep the customers. It is important to offer good emotions about shopping and a good shopping experience. All this can be learned by analyzing the customer's purchasing decision process and customer's behavior. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out what the purchase process of the Incassor OÜ customer is. To achieve the research goal, a combined method was used, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The research is based on primary data collected during interviews and surveys. The interviews revealed that only two people felt the need to buy. Information about the pawnshop was searched on both Facebook and e-shop. Similar products were compared and the appearance and price were decisive in deciding. They were satisfied with the purchase. In order to check the answers received from the interviews, a quantitative survey was conducted and it turned out that the customer of Incassor OÜ buys the products on the spot, because then the goods will be received quickly. Information about the pawnshop is mostly searched on the Facebook page, very few respondents do not search for information at all. Similar products are compared and appearance is the most important factor when buying. The author believes that this bachelor's thesis can be used to improve the marketing activities and services of Incassor OÜ, as it helps to understand better the decision-making process of Incassor OÜ's customer and what lies behind it.
