Abstrakt
Koostatud õppevahend, õppeaines Materjalide töötlemistehnoloogias, on mõeldud
õppetöö parendamiseks mille käigus on loodud laboratoorsete tööde kogum.
Praktikumides teostatavad laboritööd aitavad paremini kinnistada teoreetilisi teadmisi ja
praktilisi oskusi.
Töös on antud ülevaade plasmalõikus protsessi temaatikast ning koostatud on
õppevahend, aitamaks parendada õppetöö kvaliteeti ja arendada õpilaste oskusi
plasmalõikuse valdkonnas. Lisaks õppevahendile loodi töökeskkonna parendamiseks
joonised vesivann tüüpi töölaua lisamiseks plasmalõikepingile Torchmate 3.
Plasmalõikuse eripärade tundmine ja lõikeprogrammi loomine on vajalik osa
insenerikutse omandamisel. Laboratoorsete tööde läbi töötamisel, tekib üliõpilasel
arusaam plasmalõikusest ning suudab iseseisvalt kasutada plasmalõikepinki Torchmate 3.
Töö resultaadiks on kasutamisvalmis õppevahend, mis on mõeldud tootmistehnika erialale
spetsialiseerinutele.
The prepared educational material, in the subject Materials processing technology, is intended to improve the educational work, during which a set of laboratory works has been created. Laboratory work carried out in practicums helps to better consolidate theoretical knowledge and consolidate practical skills. In the work, an overview of the topic of the plasma cutting process is given and an educational tool is prepared to help improve the quality of teaching and develop students' skills in the field of plasma cutting. In addition to the educational tool, drawings were created for adding a water bath type workbench to the Torchmate 3 plasma cutting machine to improve the working environment. Knowing the specifics of plasma cutting and creating a cutting program is a necessary part of acquiring an engineering profession. By working through the laboratory work, the student develops an understanding of plasma cutting, and is able to use the Torchmate 3 plasma cutting machine independently. The result of the work is a ready-to-use learning tool intended for those specializing in production engineering.
