| dc.description.abstract | Antud bakalaureusetöö keskendub puidupelletite tootmise ja turustamisega tegeleva ettevõtte tasuvuse hindamisele Tartu linnas. Töö alguses antakse ülevaade puidupelletitest kirjanduslikel allikatel. Statistilistele andmetele tuginedes antakse ülevaade puidupelletite tootmis- ja tarbimismahtudest ning pelletite väliskaubandusest Eestis. Töö praktiline osa põhineb kavandatava ettevõtte majandusliku tasuvuse hindamisel. Puidupelletite tootmise kavandamisel koostati 7-aasta rahavood, mille põhjal arvutati erinevad majandusliku tasuvuse kriteeriumid (tasuvusaeg, kasumilävi, sisemine tasuvuslävi ja puhasnüüdisväärtus). Tartu maakonnas puidupelleteid tootva ettevõtte tasuvusajaks kujunes tehtud arvutuste põhjal 3 aastat ja 8 kuud ja kasumilävi oleks 2584,63 t/a. Tootmise puhasnüüdisväärtus 7%-lise diskonteerimismäära juures 7. tegutsemisaasta lõpuks oleks 77 399 eurot ja sisemiseks tasuvusläveks kujuneks 20,30%. | est |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor`s thesis concentrates on assessing the profitability of a wood pellet production and marketing company in Tartu. At the beginning of the reasearch will give an overview of wood pellets of the literary sources. Based on the statistical data will give an oerview of production output and consumption volumes and pellets foreign trade in Estonia. Practical part of the research is based on the assessment of the economic viability of the proposed enterprise. Production of the wood pellets was drawn up 7-year fund flows, based on wich the different indicators of economic profitability were calculated (payback period of investment, break-even point, internal rate of return and net present value). Wood pellets production company payback period based on the calculation would be 3 years and 8 months and break-even point would be 2584,63 tons of wooden pellet per year. Production net present value would be end of 7th year at the 7% discount rate 77 399 € and internal rate of return would be 20,30%. | eng |
