Abstrakt
Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida seadeldis termopaari juhtide keevitamiseks.
Eesmärgi saavutamiseks analüüsiti olemasolevaid seadmeid ja koostati enda
keevitusseadme lahendus.
Töö aktuaalsuseks võib pidada asjaolu, et olemasolevad termopaaride keevitusseadmed on
tavalise tarbija jaoks kõrge hinnaga ja üldjuhul on seadmed mõeldud kasutamiseks
tööstuslikel eesmärkidel.
Peale keevitusseadme projekteerimist valmistati seadeldis. Seadme tööpõhimõte seisneb
kondensaatorite laengu kasutamisel. Keevituse jaoks laetakse kondensaatoritesse vastav
energiahulk, mida on vaja termopaari juhtide kokku liitmiseks. Keevitamiseks juhitakse
salvestatud energiahulk läbi keevitavate traatide. Seadme katsetulemustest võib järeldada,
et koostatud seadeldisega on võimalik valmistada kahest erinevast metalltraadist toimivat
termopaar temperatuuriandurit.
The objective of the thesis was to design a device for welding thermocouple heads. To achieve the objective, existing devices were analyzed and a new solution for a welding device was created. The thesis is topical due to the fact that existing thermocouple welding devices are too expensive for common consumers and the devices are generally meant to be used for industrial purposes. After being designed, the device was built. The principle behind its operation is to use the charge from capacitors. The required amount of energy needed to weld together corresponding thermocouple heads is charged into the capacitors for the weld. For welding, the stored energy is directed through the wires that are being weld. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that it is possible to create working thermocouple temperature sensors from two separate metal wires using the designed device.
