Abstrakt
Aasta 2008 mai korraldati ungaris esimene Pneumosõidukite võistlus. Kuni praeguse
aastani 2016 on igal aastal mai kuus korraldatud sama võistlust. Võistluse eesmärgiks on
säästlikult kulutada suruõhku, mida hoitakse 10 L ja 200 bar balloonis. Võistluse
peakorraldajaks on Bosch Rexroth grupp Aventics.
Masina üks peamisi juhtimise osi on automaatika. Kuna automaatika ei saa ilma liikumist
tekitada on peamiseks osaks siiski masina mehaanika. Juhtimise automaatika koosneb
tööstuslikust loogikakontrollerist, täituritest ja anduritest. Automaatjuhtimise ülessandeks
on juhtida mehanismide liikumist vastavalt anduritelt saadavale tagasiside
informatsioonile.
Uurimustöö põhieesmärgiks oli projekteerida ja valmis ehitada pneumosõiduki
automaatjuhtimise süsteem ja võistelda Ungaris.
Year 2008 May started the event Pneumobile in Hungary. Year 2008 til now every year students have builted a vehicle witch energy source is 10L copressed air bottle at 200 bar of preassure. Main organaizer of the event is Bosch Rexroth group Aventics. Main problrms competiting the race is how to use the copressed air in most economical way. Following work introduces automatic control system of the pneumatic vehicle. Control automatics is important but not the most important part of the penumatic vehicle. Vehicle starts with mechanical build and penumatic system build. PLC, electronic actuators and sensors helps to automate the mechanical system. Pneumatic motor witch is introduced in follwing research is to complex to operate it manualy so Industrial PLC is used. Main goal of following research was to build a automation system of Pneumobile vehicle and competite in Hungary with other teams.
