Abstrakt
Üha enam liikleb meie ümber kahetaktilisi mootorsõidukeid, mille
väljalaskegaasid reostavad keskkonda ja kahjustavad inimeste tervist. Eelnevalt
on küll uuritud teoreetiliselt bioetanooli kasutamist kahetaktilistes mootorites,
kuid praktilised katsetused puuduvad. Töö eesmärgiks on uurida ja analüüsida
bensiini ja 96,7%-lise bioetanoolkütuse heitmeid keskkonnas. Bioetanooli
kasutamiseks tehti vajalikud muudatused mootori efektiivseks töötamiseks ning
katsemasin kinnitati mootorratta rakise abil dünostendile Dynojet 224xLC.
Heitgaaside andmeid mõõdeti heitgaaside analüsaatoriga Bosch BEA 350 ning
summuti temperatuuri mõõtmiseks kasutati infrapuna termomeetrit HoldPeak HP-
420. Katse andmeid koguti kindlatel kiirustel ning võrreldi bioetanooliga ja
bensiiniga saadud tulemusi. Katse tulemusena kujunes välja, et võrreldes
bensiiniga vähenesid bioetanooli kasutades mootori pöörded, summuti
temperatuur, vingugaasi ja lämmastikoksiidi sisaldus, kuid mootori võimsus
suurenes ja süsihappegaasi sisaldus tõusis. Töö tulemuste põhjal võib väita, et
bioetanool kütust kasutades vähendatakse keskkonna saastet ning säästetakse
inimeste tervist, kuna ohtlike heitmete hulk vähenes oluliselt.
More and more two-stroke engine vehicles, which exhaust humes pollute environment around us and damage peoples health, are spotted. It has been previously researched theoretical use of bioethanol fuel as two-stroke engine vehicle fuels but no experiments has been performed. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to investigate and analyse the difference of exhaust fumes using gasoline and bioethanol. To use bioethanol in such vehicles, some changes had to be made in the test device. The vehicle which was used during tests was attached to dyno (Dynojet 224xLC) with the help of specifically made device to hold the two wheeled vehicle fixed. Exhaust fumes were measured with Bosch BEA 350 and the temperature of the muffler were measured using the infrared thermometer (HoldPeak HP-420). The data were collected during certain speeds and compared between both fuels. The results conducted that using bioethanol engine speed, temperature of the muffler, content of carbon monoxide and nitric oxide were reduced compared to the results gained using gasoline. Whereas engine power and content of carbon dioxide were increased. It can be concluded that using bioethanol fuel the environmental pollution is reduced and peoples health is preserved in the result of decreased pollution.
