| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaureusetöö käsitleb erinevate metsakorraldajate esitatatud takseerandmeid jänesekapsa kasvukohatüübi näitel. Töö eesmärk on vaadelda, kas ja kui palju erinevad 19 metsakorraldaja poolt kogutud takseerandmed üksteisest ning esitada saadud tulemuste põhjal hinnang, mis võiks olla leitud erinevuste põhjused. Töös on kasutatud metsaregistri andmeid 03.02.2015 seisuga. Bakalaureusetöö keskseks küsimuseks on, kas metsakorraldusega tegelevad firmad manipuleerivad kliendi huvides takseerandmetega, näiteks eesmärgiga näidata maatüki hinda odavamana või kallimana? Bakalaureusetöös selgub, et meie suurimate metsakorraldusettevõtete kogutud takseerandmed erinevad mõneti RMK poolt kogutud takseerandmetest, kuid üldiselt jäävad esitatud takseernäitajad lubatud piiridesse. | est |
| dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor's thesis deals with the forest inventory data provided by different forest enterprises by the example of Oxalis site type. The aim of the study is to observe if and how much the inventory data of 19 forest enterprises differ from each other and to assess what has led to the different results. Forest registry data as of February 03, 2015 has been used in the thesis. The main question of the Bachelor's thesis is whether the forest management companies manipulate the survey data in the interest of the customer, for example, with an aim to display the price of forest property as cheaper or more expensive? The results of the thesis show that the inventory data of our biggest forest survey companies is somewhat different from the survey data collected by RMK, but the survey data from all companies presented in the study are within the permitted limits. | eng |
