Abstrakt
Lähteülesandeks on luua elukeskond Tartu linnas - Riia, Kastani, Võru, Väike kaare ja Raudtee tänavate vahelisele alale. Ala läbib raudtee, kus toimub ainult reisirongiliiklus ning transiitliiklus on viidud linnast välja. Vana sadamaraudtee on muutunud rekreatiivseks kergliiklusteeks.
Eelmisel semestril 2011. a valmis Linnaruumi kujundamise õppeaines projekt alale Tähtvere pargi ääres. Selle raames arenes välja moto - privaatsed kohad keset linnamüra. Lõputöö ülesandeks on eelmise semestri kujundusprojekti moto siduda lõputöö kontseptsiooniga. Eesmärgiks on luua aktiivselt kasutatav kvaliteetne elukeskkond, mis sobib ümbruskonda ning loob seose erinevate linnaosade vahel.
Lahenduse väljatöötamisel on arvestatud Tammelinna ja Vaksali linnaosade iseärasustega. Ümbruskonnale iseloomulikud märksõnad on Vaksali linnaosas ebakorrapärane struktuur ja Tammelinna korrapärane stiil. Vaksali piirkonnas on erinevad nii hoonete kasutusviisid, mahud kui ka materjalid. Tammelinna hoonestuses valitseb ühtne stiil. Projektala on seni kasutanud ümberkaudsed elanikud otseteena, et liikuda erinevatesse suundadesse. Projektala kujunduse eesmärgiks on kahe linnaosa vahel tasakaalu leidmine.
Tammelinna algselt korrapärase planeeringuga linnaosa meenutab kabelaual mängu algust. Mängu arenedes ja nuppe liigutades tekib nö segadus, mis annab edasi Vaksali piirkonna eripära. Sobiv lahendus selgub mängu lõppstaadiumis – loodaval alal kujuneb korrastatud kaootilisus.
Projektlahenduses on majad paigutatud kaberuudustiku põhimõttel. Tegemist on kahekorruseliste paarismajadega. Projekteeritud on kolm parkimisala ning autode parkimist majade ees ei ole ette nähtud.
Projektlahenduse üheks olulisemaks elemendiks on kergliiklustee. Kogu ala läbib kergliiklustee, mille rajad lähtuvad analüüsi käigus uuritud juurdepääsudest ja liikumissuundadest. Tee on viidud maapinnast 45 cm allapoole ning seda ümbritsevad betoonääred. Ääris loob visuaalse piiri avaliku ja privaatsema ala vahele ning pargiala ja raudtee vahele. Betoonist äär ei hõlma kogu ala. Vahepeal muutub äär madalamaks või puudub täielikult.
Üldiseks haljastuspõhimõtteks on luua majade vahetusse lähedusse privaataiad ja veidi kaugemale avalik pargiala. Haljastuses kasutatakse samu mooduleid nagu hoonestusalal, et kujuneks ühtne stiil tervel projektalal. Pargiala korrapärane haljastus on segatud vabakujuliselt asetsevate puude ja puudegruppidega.
Töö käigus valmisid kujundusplaan, vertikaalplaan ja kaks 2 haljastusplaan. Lisaks erinevad analüüsiskeemid, lõiked, arenemisplaanid, vaated ja konstruktsioonjoonised.
Plaani elluviimisel kujundatakse lagedast alast kvaliteetne elukeskond, luuakse seos eriilmeliste linnaosade vahel. Keskkond annab lisaväärtust ja toob vaheldust sagimist täis linnaruumi.
The major target is to create a living environment in Tartu city – into the area surrounded by Riia, Kastani, Võru, Väike-Kaare and Raudtee streets. There is a railway trespassing the area, only for the passenger trains and the transit cargo traffic has been taken out of city. The former harbour railway is used as a recreational light traffic road. So far the local inhabitants have been using the present project area as a direct and the shortest way in order to reach the various destinations in different directions. In 2011 during the previous semester there was in a Urban landscape design discipline a project covering the area next to Tähtvere Park. In that frame a moto was developed – private places in the middle of the noisy city. The task of a semester design project is to link the moto with the thesis concept. The goal is to create a quality living environment that is actively used and matches with the surrounding milieu and developes a link between the different city regions. While introducing the solution the different characteristics of Tammelinn and Vaksali as city regions have been taken into consideration. The characteristic key-words of the environment in Vaksali city region is an irregular structure build-up against the accurate, proper, planned style of Tammelinn. In the Vaksali area the usage and volume as well as the use of materials of the buildings varies. But in Tammelinn the buildings are in unite common style. The goal of the design project, is to introduce a balance into the two different city districts. Tammelinn primarily properly planned city district reminds the beginning of a game in a draughtboard field. While proceeding with the game and moving the draughts some24what chaos is created, that depicts the peculiarities of the Vaksali district. Suitable solution becames evident in the final stadium of the game – into the presumed to be area – the tidied-up regular chaosity will appear. In the project plan the buildings are situated in accordance with draughtboard principle. There are two-storyed twin-houses. There are three parking grounds projected but there is no parking forseen in front of the houses however. One of the major unite of the projected plan - it is the light traffic road. The particular light traffic road is trespassing the whole area, and the tracks are designed by taking into consideration the access and destinations into different directions – on which basic and thorough study was preceeded. The road is taken 45 cm downwards regarding the ground and it is embraced by concrete collar edges. The concrete collar edges create a visual distinction between the public and private area and the park area and the railway. The concrete collar edge does not cover the whole area. In some places the edge is lower and in other places is missing at all. The overall general principle of the planting plan is to create privacy spots right next to the dwelling houses and to the little further public park area. The plant plan is making use of one and the some modules as there have been used in the building area, in order there would be one and even style covering the entire project area. The regular accurate planned greenery has got a mixed nature, the trees and the group of trees are planted at a free choice. The following plans were compiled in the frame of the work: design plan, building plan and 2 plantings plan. In addition there are analyses plans, sections, process plans, views and construction drawings. In the implementation of the present plan the quality living environment would be created and there would be a connection between the city districts that differ from one and another to such a great extent.
