Abstrakt
Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärk on projekteerida ja valmistada kokku monteeritav riidekapp,
mille käigus antud töös sai anda ülevaade ühest võimalikust tootmisviisist, kuidas antud
toodet toota.
Riidekapi projekteerimisel ja valmistamisel on kasutatud toote arenduse ja funktsionaalse
riidekapi konstrueerimise nõudeid. Tutvutakse kasutatavate materjalidega ning nende
omadustega. Kapi detailide ühendusviisid on valitud vastavalt sellele, et seotised oleksid
tugevad, vastupidavad, kergesti kokku monteeritavad ja mitte silmatorkavad.
Projekti töö tulemusena on valmistatud kauakestev eritellimusmööbli all toode, mille
välimus on kohandatud toodet ümbritseva interjööriga ning kasutusvajadustega.
Töös on välja toodud kogu tootepõhine tehnoloogiline protsess ja materjalide võrdlus, mis
võimaldab vajadusel toota ka partiide kaupa, paljudest erinevatest materjalidest vastavalt
vajadusele.
This paper shows how to design and make a mountable wardrobe. It is an overview about on possible method for producing it. In the planning and production of this wardrobe, requirements for development and functionality of the product, have been followed. In the process, material and their characteristics will be introduced. Assembling is made easy and in a way where connections are not noticeable. A custom-made and long-lasting wardrobe is the result of this paper. That piece of furniture full-fills it is use and fits with the interior of the surrounding. The paper contains the technological process of a given product and has a comparison of the materials, making it possible to produce in the sets, using different materials depending on a wish of a client.
