Abstrakt
Käesolevas bakalaureusetöös uuriti kombi-masina Malwa 560.4C tootlikkust ning masina sobivust harvendusraietele.
Töö koosneb neljast peatükist. Esmalt kirjeldatakse raieid Eestis ja teises osas kirjeldatakse metsamasinaid. Kolmandas peatükis tutvustatakse töö metoodilist poolt – kuidas koguti andmed ning kuidas töö valmis. Neljandas peatükis näidatakse, millised tulemused saadi ning toimub tulemuste üle arutelu.
Andmeanalüüsi käigus selgus, et antud masina tootlikkus nii harvesterina kui ka forvarderina on üpris väike, harvesteri keskmine tootlikkus oli 2,13 m3/tunnis ja forvarderi keskmine tootlikkus oli 1,84 m3/tunnis. Väikese tootlikkuse põhjuseks võib pidada väikest tüvemahtu ning seda, et väiksema diameetriga puude raiumiseks kulub oluliselt rohkem aega, et saada suuremat kogust materjali.
Töö autori arvates toob antud uurimustöö hästi välja väiksemate metsamasinate eelised ja puudused. Kindlasti tasub antud teemat edasi uurida ning väikemetsamasinate kohta rohkem andmeanalüüsi teostada.
In this bachelor's thesis, the productivity of the combi-machine Malwa 560.4C and the machine's suitability for thinning were investigated. The work consists of four chapters. Logging in Estonia is described first and forest machines are described in the second part. The third chapter introduces the methodological side of the work - how the data was collected and how the work was completed. The fourth chapter shows the results obtained and discusses the results. During the data analysis, it was revealed that the productivity of this machine both as a harvester and as a forwarder is quite low, the average productivity of the harvester was 2.13 m3/hour and the average productivity of the forwarder was 1.84 m3/hour. The reason for the low productivity can be attributed to the small trunk volume and the fact that it takes significantly more time to cut trees with a smaller diameter in order to obtain a larger amount of material. In the opinion of the author of the work, this research well highlights the advantages and disadvantages of smaller forest machines. It is definitely worth investigating this topic further and performing more data analysis on small forest machines.
