Abstrakt
Ettevõtte Cristella Võru tootmine, mis kuulub Eesti Pagari gruppi on kvaliteedi ja hügieeni
tagamine tähtsal kohal. Praeguse väikesaialiini tootmisprotsessi seadmete ehituse ja
järjestuse tõttu, satub pakendusmasinatesse palju puistejääke, mis kahjustavad pakkekilet
ja keevituslõugasid. Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärk on projekteerida ja valmistada
puistekonveier väikesaialiinile. Puistekonveier parandab toodangu kvaliteeti ja
toiduhügieeni ning vähendab hooldusvajadusi järgmistes etappides. Töö käigus mõõdeti
ja fikseeriti projekteeritava konveieri gabariit- ja võtmemõõdud. Uuriti turul saadaval
olevaid seadmeid ja lahendusi. Võrreldi erinevaid konveierite tüüpe ja lahenduse viise,
mis sobiks kõige paremini probleemi lahendamiseks ja valiti sobivaim lahendus eesmärgi
saavutamiseks. Kogutud andmete põhjal projekteeriti ja valmistati puistekonveier ja
katsetati seda töö käigus. Puistekonveier katsetuse tulemusel tagab see suurema
hügieenilisuse ja kvaliteedi. Lisaks vähendab puistekonveier tootmisjääkide tekkimist
ning puiste sattumist pakendusmasinatesse.
In the production facility of Cristella Võru, which belongs to the Eesti Pagar group, ensuring quality and hygiene is of high importance. Due to the design and arrangement of equipment in the current small bread production line, a considerable amount of bulk residue enters the packaging machines, which damages the packaging film and sealing jaws. The aim of this thesis was to design and manufacture a bulk conveyor for the small bread production line. The bulk conveyor improves product quality and food hygiene and reduces maintenance requirements in subsequent stages of the process. During the study, the overall and critical dimensions of the designed conveyor were measured and defined. Equipment and solutions available on the market were analysed. Different types of conveyors and solution approaches were compared to identify the most suitable solution for addressing the problem, and the optimal solution was selected to achieve the objective. Based on the collected data, a bulk conveyor was designed, manufactured, and tested during the course of the work. The test results showed that the bulk conveyor ensures improved hygiene and product quality. In addition, it reduces the generation of production residues and the amount of bulk material entering the packaging machines.
