Abstrakt
Bakalaureusetöö uurimisvaldkonnaks on ülikoolis õpitud soojustehnika-alaseid teadmisi
rakendades projekteerida aur-vesi tüüpi soojusvaheti, seejärel projekteeritut aluseks võttes
see kokku panna ning seejärel ka valmistatud objekti katsetada. Valdav osa soojustehnika
raamatuid on väga vanad ning kohati erinevad teatud arvutusteks vajalikud valemid
raamatute lõikes. Sellest lähtuvalt on eesmärk uurida soojustehnika valemite
paikapidavust ning vajadusel teha parandusettepanekud. Töö jaotub valdavalt kaheks
osaks. Teoreetilises osas käsitletakse projekteerimiseks vajalikke teadmisi, mis loovad
aluse seadme valmistamiseks. Praktilises osas koostatakse reaalne katseseade ning
hinnatakse sellega tehtud katsete põhjal soojusvahetust. Lõpuks hinnatakse töö
tulemuslikkust ning tehakse töö tulemustest lähtuvalt konkreetsed järeldused. Töös
kasutati autori poolt koostatud aur-vesi soojusvahetit, aurugeneraatorit, akvaariumit
mahuti otstarbel, kahte veepumpa ning termoelektrilist temperatuurimõõtmisseadet.
The field of this Bachelor’s Thesis research is based on studies and knowledge of heating and thermal energy. Based on the learned material, steam-to-water heat exchanger is designed and constructed. Experiments with measurements are made with the constructed heat exchanger. The majority of heating technology related books are very old and some formulas are different in different books. The purpose of this Thesis is to find out the correct formulas which support the experiment totally. The first part of the Thesis is theoretical, giving out the needed information about the heat exchangers and to lay the fundamentals for designing and constructing the heat exchanger. The second part is practical, where experiments are made to validate the measured numbers with book-based formulas. Finally, the performance of the Thesis is evaluated and specific conclusions are made based on the results received. The equipment used in this Thesis is the following: constructed steam-to-water heat exchanger, steam generator, aquarium used as a water tank, two water pumps and temperature measuring device with thermocouples.
