Abstrakt
Käesoleva uurimustöö eesmärgiks on hinnata mootori juhtmooduli seadistamise mõju
mootori väljundparameetriltele. Ettevõtted, kes juhtmooduli tarkvara muutmisega
tegelevad, lubavad kuni 20% madalamat kütusekulu ning samas kuni 30% rohkem
võimsust, kuid sellekohaseid katsetusi läbi pole viidud, piirdutakse kõigest võimsuse
ning pöördemomendi mõõtmisega. Lubatud kütusekulu vähenemine tooks endaga kaasa
olulise materiaalse kokkuhoiu ning seeläbi oleks võimalik vähendada ka sõiduki poolt
tekitatavat keskkonnasaastet. Selleks, et hinnata seadistamise mõju, teostatakse sõidukile
labori tingimustes mootorikatsed, mille käigus mõõdetakse mootori võimsust,
pöördemomenti, kütusekulu, heitgaaside sisaldust ning tahmasust. Kõik katsetused
sooritatakse Eesti Maaülikooli Tehnikainstituudi õppelaboris, mis on varustatud
dünamomeetriga. Lisaks käsitletakse töös ka diiselmootorite ajalugu, arengut, ehitust ja
tööprintsiipe, tutvustatakse diiselmootoritele esitatavaid keskkonnanõudeid ning nende
muutumist ajas. Töö tulemusel saadi võrdlevad andmed tehase tarkvara ning muudetud
tarkvara korral, lisaks oli võimalik mõningaid parameetreid võrrelda sõiduki tootjatehase
poolt ettenähtud väärtustega. Tulemustest nähtus, et mootor on ajaga osa ressurssi
kaotanud, kuid tarkvara muutmine andis märgatavaid tulemusi ka tehase niminäitajatega
võrreldes. Teise olulise tulemusena võib välja tuua selle, et kütusekulus oodatud langust
ei toimunud, ning kütusekulu hoopis kasvas juhtmooduli tarkvara muutmisega.
The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of remapping the diesel engine control unit to see the difference in power, torque and fuel consumption. Companies, which perform the remapping, allow to reduce the fuel consumption up to 20% at the same time with power increase up to 30%, so far there are no studys to confirm those thesis. Tests are performed only for power and torque measurements. The reduction of fuel consumption would lead to significant financial saving and also allows to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the vehicle. To assess the impingement of control module adjustment, the engine tests are carried out at the technology institute laboratory of Estonian Univesity of Life Sciences which is equipped with dynamometer Dynojet 224XLc. The measured parameters in the process of tests are power, torque, fuel consumption, consistency of exhaust gases and the proportion of particulate matter. Additionali therein research is dealed with the history, improvement, construction and operating principles of diesel engine, also the emission standarts acorrding to them. As a result of the work comparative data for factory software and modified software outputs were obtained, in addition some of the parameters were comparable to manufacturer specified values. The results demonstrated that the engine has lost some of its power, but with the remapping noticeable result achieved even compared with the factory specified values. Second important result pointed out that the fuel consumption actually increased by the change of software.
